Chance Meeting Between Antagonists seems to talk about such a scenario towards the end of the description.

The description of Nonviolent Initial Confrontation seems to assume that both sides know who each other are.
However, can it count cases where either one doesn't know who the other is, or even when both sides didn't know each other until later?
