Needs Help (runoff crowner 8 May 2020): Star Scraper

6.3 and 10.1 were too close to call, so I've hooked a runoff crowner for them.

This one didn't get bumped but we've got a clear winner. The new pic's in and tagged; caption? Also, is the note at the very top of the page still needed?

EDIT: Working on making an Image Links page with the old pic and some of the suggestions.
