I know we have a "No new stock phrases" policy, but dammit the trope should be about the phrase, and naming a trope after a stock phrase is just silly. Since you don't name a trope after another trope, as that's just plain confusing.
Plus the trope as it currently is just seems to be a case of "People sitting on chairs", why not just call the current page "FICTIONAL RECRUITMENT ADS", since that's what it's about?
