Killmonger Movie

Think the main villain would be a CM or an MB? I'd go with EDIT: CM.

I wanted to have Killmonger become an MB, so yeah, CM.

I considered Joe Johnston because I thought part of it could be The Rocketeer meets Captain America: The First Avenger (both directed by him).

The reason I say it could possibly be R is because it had been said that an R-rated MCU movie is not off the table and this would give it the chance to have the grittiness and visceral quality to it that both Hurt Locker and Zero Dark Thirty had.

I guess R could work.

Also planning to have a Bittersweet Ending.

Makes sense since it's a prequel.

Maybe I’m not tuned into the marvel community enough, but is there really that much Killmonger interest? He was a memorable villain but outside the specific framework of Black Panther with its other characters as foils he’s pretty one note. A gritty docudrama starring him feels like a weirdly flat Michael B. Jordan vehicle.

I wrote up two CM entries. One for Klaue and one for the Big Bad of Killmonger. I also wrote an MB entry for Killmonger. Anyone wishes for me to send them to you by PM, I’ll do just that so just say the word (since I feel it’s better to not make them public record for the means of artistic protection).

Also, how dumb am I that I never realized Klaue was the one who Ultron tore the arm off of in the movie. Haha. Give me a break, it’s been more than five years since I’ve seen it.

Send them to me. Normally I wouldn’t support making writeups for your own works, but this work doesn’t even exist.

I mean I want this all to exist someday, but I also am not gonna handle discussion on it in any way because my involvement would make me too bias.

I’ll happily watch the discussions unfold, but yeah, I clearly have to recuse myself with each one though.

Also, I asked my friend to draw up a poster for the film. I’m not gonna share those publicly either though for the same reason I’m not sharing the writeups publicly either. Sorry.
