Your username looks fine. But if you want to change it, it seems that, as you said, you can't change the username assigned to an email address. Not sure why. Mod please.

We do not have the ability to change an account name, or transfer settings/history to a new account. This is something on our long-term wishlist, but will not see development any time soon.
To reuse an email address for a different account, you would first have to change the address on the existing one, meaning you need at least two email addresses (even if one is a throwaway).

I made this account eons ago, and I'm uncomfortable with the username I chose, but it seems like I can only change my title. Furthermore, it seems like you can't delete your account, so making a new account with my current email is impossible since it's being used for this one.
I just want to change my username, and if that's not possible, I want to make a new account with my current email. I really don't want to make a throwaway email just to start a new account.
Any help?
