Polish characters?

I am currently translating some English articles into Polish and I stumbled across this little problem - I can't type Polish characters. It is really frustrating, because I can't write article's name in Polish using Polish characters and when I do use them Wiki Words don't work. Also while editing I have seen that Polish characters are changed into unicode codes, but I have fixed that thanks to script which I found on this forum. So I am curious if is there any chance of adding Polish charactes that can be actually used?

In the article itself the Polish characters should be useable, but for the titles of the articles you would need a special title thing.
