Street — Symbiote

Peter leaps over it as if by instinct, spinning weblines on it, turning vertically in the air to whirl it back into the air before releasing the can back towards Victor.

Bar

"You, uh, gonna be ok there?"

Streets

-The can stops in midair, suspended by bolts of electricity-

“Electromagnetism, remember?”

-And back at Peter!-

“C’mon, you’re Spider-Man. Fight this stupid thing!”

Bar

“They invited us...”

“They wanna add us as fighters!”

“This is the happiest day of my life.”

Streets — Symbiote

Peter growls as he steps out of the way, spinning a web around it and throwing it back towards him. He lifts his arm and shoots a web towards Victor's face.

Bar

"Talk about good timing. You guys have been waiting for this for how long?"

PARK

-She starts nodding while she looks around, taking in all of her surroundings-

-She slowly closes her book, taking a deep breath and...-

-Proceeds to start shaking like absolute crazy-

-Victor deflects the can...and gets hit right in the face with the web-

"Augh! Damn it, c'mon!"

-He just starts trying to tear it off, bolts of lightning shooting from him in random direction-

Park

"Aaaaaaaah calm down please"

Bar

"W-well, uh..."

"Twenty. Years."

Bar

"No shit?"

-They actually look a little impressed-

Streets — Symbiote

Victor can just make out a wooden bench hurtling straight for him.

Bar

"We've been in the business pretty long, actually! Well, not countin' a hiatus or two."

"Eires, a round on Banjo to celebrate!"

"Yea-wait what."

-Eires she used your real name!-

Street

-WHAM-

-Well Peter you just knocked out a child-

Bar

"Well, shit. What're you having?"

They cracked a toothy grin at the duo, catching on to the excitement.

Street — Symbiote

Peter walks over to Victor, tilting his head. The eyes on his mask squint. "That's not all..."

Bar

"Ginger beer, naturally."

-Banjo says nothing but sheepishly points to a bottle of whiskey that apparently contains honey-

-Of course-

"I, uh...never drink, usually..."

Street

-Victor's eyes slowly open to see Peter approaching...and suddenly the kid is a glowing light show of electrical bolts-

-All aimed right at Peter!-

PARK

WHOAREYOUWHEREAMIDIDTHEWIZARDSDOTHIS????

-Oh god she's starting to hyperventilate-

Park

"R-relax, please, calm down! My name's Oriana, this place is...between worlds and it just does this to people!"

Streets — Symbiote

Peter cries out again, as does the symbiote, as he's forced back — his legs seize and he topples onto his back, writhing.

Bar

Eires held up a hand.

"Please. Special occasions. I get it!"

They slid another ginger beer towards Kazooie and pretty quickly had a glass of the whiskey in Banjo's hands paws nigh-simultaneously.

" 'course, I'd join you, but-"

Streets

-Victor doesn't let up, continuing to shock Spider-Man and the symbiote-

"Not...letting you off the hook...that easy..."

Bar

"Vampire stuff, I gotcha."

"No, Kazooie, they're working."

"Pfft, jobs. We make most of our money in cameos these days. Or we did. Back to playable, baby."

"I gotta admit, it is pretty exciting!"

-They both toast and drink-

PARK

-OH GOD SHE'S DIGGING INTO HER POCKETS WHAT SHES GONNA TA—

-oh, it's just an inhaler-

Streets — Symbiote

"No!"

The symbiote begins fraying away from Peter again — starting to reveal civilian clothes and the features of a pale face. Peter turns, grasping towards the floor as if trying to pull himself away.

Park

"Are you okay? Relax, I'm a doctor, just...try to stay calm!"

Streets

"Get...away...from...him!"

-Victor just keeps going, with no apparent regard for whether he can continue this without passing out himself-

Streets — Peter Parker

Another ethereal cry, and the symbiote falls away from Peter's body completely, almost boiling from the electricity before it stops moving entirely. Peter slacks, his head lying on the concrete, breathing shallowly.

PARK

-She takes her time with the inhaler before finally calming down... a little bit-

...I'd like to go back to my room.

Street

"I'm not...gonna let it...get..."

-Victor passes out right next to Peter, sending off one more bolt at the symbiote as he collapses-

Park

"...I...don't know where it is but...what's your name, at least? I can maybe help you get your bearings."
