Reasonably sure that the general public doesn't care much for the Oscars anymore. But the people funding the Oscars and the Hollywood crowd care about the Oscars. If Nimona wins and it's a big if, that will probably cause some internal discord inside Disney who had the ownership of the film, but threw it away. Because being associated the Oscars still carries the veneer of prestige.
