Yeah, this reminds me a lot of Izetta, where the landing didn't really stick at all.
Seems to be a pretty common theory Yuki was pretending so that Momo could grow into her own. But its really up to individual interpretation.
I'd say at the start I thought this was a 7.5-8. But by the end I think it was only a 6-7.
"But if that happened, Melia might actually be happy. We can't have that." - Handsome RobI'd give it a 5. A 6 if I was feeling generous, but it's still reaching.
Just going to be honest here:
Despite her status being a bland villain of the story which is understandable since the show never explore her backstory and mainly serve as a consistent threat towards Tsukikage, Am I the only one who is seemingly had a Love to Hate thing with Tendo? I know she's not the best villain and all but just giving my unpopular opinion

"Making screw-ups and mistakes was I ever really good at. Because everything I touch went to hell."Nintendo has a great design and voice and the little bits of her personality that we saw were fun. I really wish we got more of her.
Also Spyce is a 7/10 for me.
Fight for something, even if its meaningless.@Uninstall True. Her design is pretty cool btw. And gotta be honest that while she's Pure Evil, I think she's a bit enjoyable but it would be nice if we delve more into her character and her backstory but yeah.
"Making screw-ups and mistakes was I ever really good at. Because everything I touch went to hell."Yeah, it feels like a bit of a waste that her role was just the head evil executive.
@Shlugo True. Though I have to admit that compared to Takahiro's other villains (Ahem The Akame Ga Kill ones save for Esdeath), she's still passable IMO.
"Making screw-ups and mistakes was I ever really good at. Because everything I touch went to hell."I genuinely could not have cared less for Tendo in the story. Her design was interesting-ish, but her bland brand of baddiness begat boredom. Even with a semi-decent final fight, I just didn't care to see her over any of the other villains.
So, yeah. This was a rather uninspired ending. Everyone lives, Mei wasn't a real traitor, Theresia whole storyline was mostly pointless, Tendo was a bland villain with no dept, and they even had Yuki lose her memories for no adequately explained reason beyond the fact that in a coming of age story the mentor has to be gone by the end, one way or another, even if it was totally not in character for her to do so.
