Dragalia Lost

Speaking of which, how do you level up the Holidome? I thought leveling up everything in it would do so but that doesn't seem to be the case. Could it be tied to story progression? I've only beaten the first four chapters.

You have to click on the castle and upgrade it when you reach the level requirements for leveling up all your other buildings.

Also better have the money and equipment necessary for it.

Speaking of the materials to upgrade it, the orb colors very per day, depending on i think what ruins are active. I’d pick fire.

Edit: pulled with all i have. Got althemia, edward, and 4 halloween cards and Ryozen <3. Got pity broken by Hawk’s ugly mug on a card... and duplicate Nefaria T_T

You know if the AI wasn't so dumb Id have a hell of an easier time playing the High Tier Halloween Quests. Or st leadt Id survive longer because taking on a dozen enemies because all my allies are croweded in one place is so fun!

Playing the game and I got a dragon named Slike or something like that. Oh! And I also got Nidhogg as a bonus. Are they good?

Nidhogg is pretty baller for a 4 Star. Silke isn't great but she's waifu dragon. Well, dark silke anyway. Halloween Silke I think is pretty good.

edit: wait, Niddhogg is the 5 star. My bad. As the only 5 star dark dragon he's good, but Juggernaut is better despite being a 4 star so long as you can unbind him

I pulled Silke and Nidhogg, too.

Well Nidhogg has a rate up for the event from what I hear. Used my free 10 pull and he was the only five star I got. Can't do the event though because I need to update my Halidome first.

You can check the exact appearance rates by clicking on appearance rate. There should be no mystery about who has rate up.

I got Lily after not getting her at all during the Winter Flower using my ten ticket.

Thankfully I got one of the Four Star Light Dragons too.

I really wanted Elisanne, but the game decided to spite me and gave me Malka... I did pull Halloween Silke and Poseidon, but stil.

Also, is the AI designed to be intentionally bad at these event battles? They all died in beginner mode, my might was more than double the required and they still died!

It seems like might has little bearing on how prepared you actually are. Even at Beginner the boss can one or two shot most of your team.

Besides that, the Castle Stories are absolutely hilarious, oh my god. The one with Xander and Ezelith in particular had me laughing really hard.

I just want Halloween Althemia though... why won't she come home to me?

It looks like 8-4 (the people who helped localize Fire Emblem Awakening, Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia, and Xenoblade Chronicles X) helped localize the game.

Aww, they cut the chubby Notte in Celliera's story in international versions.

I'm liking the event, but am having terrible gacha luck. The only Halloween thing I've gotten is Edward.

Started playing this just before the event. I'm pissed at myself for using my saved up tenfold vouchers and currency to try and get Lily (I didn't, lol), since I really want Halloween Elly.

Same. Though I think I'm just going to save Wrmyte until Mym inevitably becomes an Adventurer unit.

I got Halloween Althemia, but apparently I can't use her in the same party as regular Althemia. Which, like, makes logical sense but I'm not sure it makes gacha game sense.

I have neither, so I also can't have her in my party.

I haven't drawn any four star light characters. I had to make some with the three stars...

Huh. I have neither Silke, but anyone know if they are usable together? Although, you've always been able to double-dip on dragons so then the Adventurer alt thing makes less sense...

Just checked: you can equip both Silkes in the same party.

I mean, technically speaking your party is shapeshifting into the dragons, and in single-player, you can never have more than one dragon out at a time, anyway. So even if you've got a whole party of Agnis, you'll only ever see one Agni while playing.

According the the subreddit different versions of the same character are typically considered one character (I.e regular Elly and Halloween Elly are considered one character.) in Cygames's products and that's why you can't have both in one party. Maybe dragons are different since you can only use one dragon at a time?
