I'm happy with Eso wearing pants. The weirdly skimpy clothing seemed to add really nothing to his character or circumstance, plus i think it would look even more ridiculous when animated.
I mostly wonder now whether Yuuji will get some of Sukuna's technique? The anime reminded me that according to Gojo, eventually Sukuna's techniques will be engraved in his body. So perhaps a reversed curse technique to heal or something. or perhaps his half-curse nature makes him less vulnerable to physical attacks?

Chozo's fights are always so fun. Excellent blend of choreography, tactics and powers. Props to Naoya for not totally underestimating him, he really had no way to know about the specific Death Painting hax. Shame that Yuta is even more hax.

Big spoiler for next chapter. Yuji's Grandpa did not approve of his sons wife, feeling that she was bad news. Then she enters the room asking what they are talking about and we see she has scars on her forehead.
