Can One Word Title apply to sections of non-literary works?

Like, in VideoGame.Celeste, one of the levels is called \"Reflection\". Does that count?

I\'d assume so, because it fits the idea of the trope, that some work has a one word name, even if it\'s not literary, and so we wouldn\'t usually call it a title?

I feel as if that would lend itself to the trope being flooded with meaningless examples.
