If I were to guess, the amount of strokes would determine the percentage.

I got higher percentage with lower amount of strokes.

Did it have a "virus-type" Angel in the show? The way it works in the event makes it look similar to the 12th Herrscher than an Angel...

Yes. There was a Virus type Angel that infected the NERV system. I think it was trying to take over a EVA as well.

Yeah, I won't be surprised if the Herrscher of Corruption was partly based on Ireul. They were defeated in similar ways too, with the resident head scientist managing to out-hack it with the last, still uninfected portion of the system.

You know, with the Eva event goong on, i wonder if Cast of Expies would apply to Honkai Impact. Theresa is Rei, Himiko is Misato, Otto is Gendo, the Herccher are the Angels. Dont know if canon wise Mei and Kiana are the Shinji and Asuka type despite their roles in the event.

I'd say that applies only in the context of this crossover.

Gotta say, I've really enjoyed this event. They did a good job adapting HI 3 to the Eva story and characters, and I like how they've done Asuka as a Valkyrie even with the similarity to Durandal. Also, the exchange between Kongming and Rosemary!Rita at the end was gold.

Gotta ask though, how did Asuka survive the self-destruction of Wotan? Having only watched the original EVA, can Rebuild Asuka generate her own A.T. Field or something?

Whenever Asuka get attacked in the game there'll be some sort of "barrier" appearing. Is that AT field?

Kongming must be thinking "damn, I miss my Rita even more now"

Full Children Set get! Thank God for the Wishing Well mechanic. Still some ways to go for the outfit so guess I'll be rolling for you-know-who in the next patch.

I wonder how much money miHoYo and Khara got from idiots like me in this collab? Hopefully, it's enough to convince them to do another one. miHoYo definitely left a hook for that possibility with the ending of the EVA event.

Nice! I still lack the Asuka stigmata, and there’s no way I’ll have enough crystals to successfully roll for Ho R’s outfit before the event ends.

I’m very curious if Asuka is going to be involved in any future stories considering the “one-and-done” nature of this event.

Seeing her banter with Kongming and Rosemary would certainly be fun.

I didn’t get the lance after using up my free pulls and doing six more, but I’m not gonna waste any more crystals on this, thank you very much. I got the Asuka stig at least. =[

The good news is that this chapter gives us a full display of Kiana’s intelligence. The bad news is that Fu Hua’s plan to make Hua doubt herself was maybe not the best idea.

Oh, and Mihoyo FINALLY understands that being forced to do the same event mission 3 times every day isn’t fun, so now we can just get triple reward by playing the hard level once. That’s much better.

I won't be able to play until this evening, but that's good to know.

I'm just hoping that Hua(?) comes out of this okay. The chapter so far emphasizes the fact that she's more immature than actually evil, so I hope she isn't neutralized and her personality remains relatively intact.

By the way, anyone get the feeling that the eventual end game of HI3 will involve nearly all the Herrschers (If not all of them. Welt and Sirin already showed that as long as their Core exists, Herrschers could still come back) turning to the side of Humans and that being the reason that the Honkai stops trying to eradicate humanity?

Ah yes, APHO. The reason why I stopped playing the game since it revealed that the plot is going to put one of the rare gay female main characters in video game history on a bus to the moon so they can replace her with generic self-inserted high school male protagonist #10482140, all the while removing nearly all tension from the current plot since, for example, we know Mei's defection to the World Serpent isn't gonna stick and she'll go back to being a Faux Action Girl that can handle mooks well but is mainly there to be a Damsel in Distress in important battles so she can have romantic tension with self-insert-kun.

Eh, call me optimistic but we’re still not sure that’s what actually happened or even if that’s how the main story will end (especially with all the multiverse shenanigans).

But yeah, APHO is a bit weird since it’s a sequel but was released back when Mei was still a Memetic Loser. >.>

Anyway, since almost every arc so far has ended with the awakening of a Herrscher (Wendy, Sirin, Bronya, Mei, Ana/Owl and now Hua), I wonder who will be the next. Seele seems to be a prime choice.

Hmm... it has been a long time since the orphanage crew had their time in the spotlight, and the plot does seem to be setting things up for the conclusion of Otto's arc (i.e. We've been seeing a lot of his backstory, and the World Serpent is there to take over Schicksal once he's gone).

You just summed up why Mihoyo decided to "fuck it" and not continue the story until Honkai 4.

And yes, they likely don't want to go all yuri anymore now that the CCP's eyes are upon them.

Oh yeah, there was that, huh… I think there was another Bronya/Seele kiss but far, far in the background at the end of a cutscene’s credits…
