Uploading avatars on mobile

I'm sure there are probably plenty of threads about this, but I don't think there's one specifically for the mobile version. I've been looking to expand my avatar gallery for a while, and I can't find the option to upload one. I'm on an iPad most of the time because my computer is garbage, and as far as I know, it's running the mobile version of the site. There are no links under my current avatar, and my side toolbar only lets me change my password or email address. If anyone knows the mobile layout better than I do, could they clear this up for me?

The mobile version is pretty empty compared to the desktop version. There should be a link at the bottom of any TV Tropes page to switch to the desktop version if you're on mobile.
