Fire Emblem Warriors Spoilers Thread (Beware of unmarked spoilers!)

Funnily enough, that would tie in how Master Classes weren't initially meant to be seen as actual endgame classes in Three Houses, but rather as hybrid/combined classes per datamines and artbooks (with Wyvern Lord, Falcon Knight and War Master being the exceptions).

That would've been neat to see. I have never ever used Holy Knight in Three Houses so the promotional material pointing out that was Ferdie's class was a legit surprise.

Well, it's strange, since Ferd appears as a Paladin enemy, and then his boons lean more toward Great Knight if he were to even take a Master Class. Holy Knight just doesn't really seem like something he'd go for. Also, Holy Knight is hilariously bad in Three Houses proper, so that has to be some kind of accidental meta statement about Ferd's thinking.

Yeah, I noticed that too. Master Classes are weird because some of them are direct promotions (Wyvern Lord, Falcon Knight), some of them are gender-locked superior hybrids of prior classes (War Master, Gremory), and some feel like they're just meant to be lateral side-grades to Advanced Classes rather than direct upgrades (Mortal Savant, Great Knight, Bow Knight, Holy Knight, Dark Knight).

Either way, Ferdinand von Aegir being a Holy Knight as his default (or preferred, at least) class is cool. Even if it kinda sucks in Three Houses, it should be fun to use in a Warriors game.

Bernadetta's Archer Class versus Ashe's Archer Class:

Interesting contrast.

So far, I think I'd rather play Bernie and Ferdie over Ashe and Sylvain from a gameplay perspective so far.

They're quite consistent with the elemental affinities. Considering most physical attackers in Three Houses will never study Reason in the first place, that's an interesting detail to keep in.

Ferdie being a Holy Knight is likely meant to differentiate him from the other two, and the second trailer shows Hubert threatening him. So I’m not going to be surprised if he’s having doubts about his side at one point.

So far from the little snippets, 3 Hopes seems to be more character-driven at least when it comes to anyone that's not the lords.

Felix seems to be the one reaching out to Dimitri here and I'm wondering if Dimitri still goes down a dark path but since Byleth isn't there, Felix is the one to pull Dimitri out of it.

Since the Flame Emperor subplot seems to be absent from this game, Dimitri likely won't lose what remained of his sanity to the idea of Edelgard working with the guys who caused the Tragedy of Duscur, but that opens up some interesting possibilities on who he is going to target instead...

Brigand Caspar makes earthquakes by smashing the ground sending enemies flying towards himself. He boosts the power and range by charging it.

Priest Lindhardt attaches phosphorescence to his enemies. These eplode and heal him after doing so. He can creates wind orbs that follow him and attack separately.

In other words Lindhardt has weaponize the power to glow-in-the-dark

I'm still under the impression that Golden Deers are the most popular faction in 3 Houses.

Lorenz appears to be a Dark Knight like I suspected, though Leonie being a basic-ass Cavalier instead of a Bow Knight is a mite disappointing. Hopefully she has it as a reclass option, I like Bow Knight.

Lysithea seems to be a Gremory.

And I really like Raphael's design and rock-throwing.

That choice lets her be closer to C A P T A I N J E R A L T.

Leonie rocking male Byleth's haircut. What in the world.

Lysithea, Claude, Hilda and Marianne won.

She looks like a demi-goddess especially since she's flying at some points.

• Scarlet Blaze's description definitely gives me hope that we will be able to have Edelgard fight Those Who Slither in the Dark.
• Dimitri dealing with a succession crisis is interesting. I wonder if we'll get to see that unseen-in-the-original-game uncle of his.
• Claude having to deal with invading Almyrans makes me wonder if that one Almyran (?) in one of the trailers is going to be the major rival for our upside-down lord.
