Sadly with the opinion on TV actors in the Hollywood hierarchy, Miller is more likely to get hired again than Warner Bros ever letting Grant Gustin on the big screen.

In a more pragmatic way, the Flash TV show has its fans but it also has its critics. Picking Gustin so early would allow those who hate the TV show to start panning the movies just because.
You'd need some time to make people forget, just like they did with Maguire & Garfield in Spiderman.

Depends on how this all ends TBH.
If Miller's biggest crimes are assault, and burglary, then I can see a biopic being made eventually. But assuming it's true they did groom that woman and a body shows up, then it's less likely.

@Bullman Well, everything we've seen revealed about the movie painted it as a Flashpoint adaptation, and that started because Thawne went back in time to kill Barry's mom and Barry went back to stop the asshole.
