I was going to post the "oh my god a giant rock" clip from YGOTAS but apparently no good standalone rips exist.

Anyways, did the datamine have the refines?

Uh, so I guess that means our heroes are going to go around wearing 8-bit heroes on their heads. Guess I gotta decide if I want be semi-serious and put Ike on Soren's head, or meme it up putting him on BK's head.

She can't. After all, Ike is the father of Sothe's children.

I mean, Sothe is definitely the outlier here, especially when you add him but not Ryoma, Xander, any of the Fates royals or Azura...

Free pulled a Mamori (+Res/-Atk, which might actually be okay because she's a tank first and foremost) and then the rest of the circle also had another Fjorm. Since mine's already +10, I guess this means I have Shield Pulse fodder.

I hope I get a Mamori.

Since 8/12 of the heroes here (spread across all colours) are ones I want, decided to just blow through most of my small stash and see what happened. Naturally, I've hit none of them, despite getting three five stars overall. The third pull was a +Spd/-Def Brave Alm, which s certainly nothing to scoff at. Really, I could easily find use for both him and Mamori in AA, so not a bad haul for a mere 100 orbs.

EDIT: Geez, just did computations and without applying any other buffs aside from just an allied unit within 2 tiles, Mamori can hit 57 Def and 54 Res against the first enemy to attack her (and still no lower than 51/48). Thanks to Vengeful Fighter, that -Atk seems like a drop in the bucket when she's tossing around +25-damage (or higher) Bonfires.

No Bramimond, but I did get two F!Grimas. Such a pity power creep has rendered her basically obsolete.

So I really can't tell if people are joking but did people really forget who Bramimond was?

Maybe I should actually finish the game 1st, but Julia also says hi.

My first circle had a Peony and a B!Alm. Fixed my -Atk +Spd one, so now I have him optimized. I don't think I'll get Bramimond, but I'll hoard orbs for a couple days and try once I hit the 100 orb mark by Thursday.

Well I got an -Atk +Spd Altina. I get the feeling the neutral I Vs are better so I'm planning to merge.

Also I'm hoping to get Mamori or L!Roy from this banner.

Bwahaha. My TA vanilla Gronnraven Inigo +2 was just barely able to face tank Abyssal Bramimond's pre-charged Special (as it turns out, Luna doesn't do a whole lot when your Res is garbage to begin with), living with exactly 1 HP, then secure a kill the next turn because Celica was able to AoE the nearby blue Thief. Maybe I should finally upgrade him to Gronnraven+. I do have a soft spot for him.

Celica + the dance troupe couldn't take on Abyssal Bram. Wasn't confident with Nino either. Flier Emblem took some work, but they got it. Cherche and Catria may be launch characters, but they still give produce results. Azura is Azura. H!Nowi still provides me exactly what I need for support + smashing bulky axes. Just had to give her Axebreaker for the Repel jerk.

Came back after a few days' break and pulled on all the current banners. Free pulls not noteworthy except for a random Spring Catria (+Spd/-Res). Unexpected, but neat.

So weaker colorless tomes are stone magic...Does that even exist in the main series? I can't recall seeing it anywhere.

Woop, two full pulls on the mythic banner landed me Bramimond (and another Fjorm...at least +Res/-HP seems more optimal than my neutral one). Bramimond is +Res/-Spd...welp, his speed at neutral is already kinda crap, so I guess it's not too bad.

I believe Brynhildr is described as being earth magic

Brynhild is dark magic that is described as being earth magic, sprouts trees and inflicts gravity. Make up your mind.

Earth and fark magic are tied together in the series. IDK why but it is. It's why Medeus and Loptyr, Earth Dragons, are associated with darkness, and Medeus even becomes a Shadow Dragon.
