The premise of this web novel seems to be right up my alley. However, I would like to know whether anyone here has read it and has opinions on it. Is it worth it? If it is, is the web novel, the light novel, or the manga the best choice?

I've only read the manga version, but I quite like it

Me. I follow the WN, and like it enough to have bought all four currently released volumes of the published LN.

I'd just say to give it a shot to see if you like it, since almost everything I like is extremely polarising for some reason. =.=

I recommend you read the WN/LN, because the manga cuts out the other characters' Po V chapters, which are essential for world-building and building up to a later reveal. Do not look up any spoilers, and read the chapters in release order; the author released them that way for a reason.

EDIT: The trope page has some slightly spoilery stuff unmarked, though you probably won't realise it till you're pretty close to the reveal so whatever.
