Tetra (Helgen -> Volskygge) - No Strategy Guide Required

Upon sighting the tomb after what felt like a lot of walking in just a little time, Tetra couldn't help but get a chill down her spine, feeling like something was wrong here...though once she heard that the place was haunted, Tetra chalked it up to that, and followed the all-too-excited Alduin up to the door of the tomb. When Tetra took notice of the puzzle, however, her face instantly shifted to an expression of disgust.

"They pull this crap here too? Who builds these stupid things?" Grumbling in a grouchy manner, the teenager inspected both sides of the door; the left one contained blocks with images of a Rope, a Wolfos, and two...other things on them, while the right side bore a riddle. ("Damn it, this was always Link's thing, he's the dork who likes this kind of stuff...time for plan B.") Without waiting for any input from the others, Tetra walked over to the nearby lever and pulled it, waiting to see if anything would happen; if nothing did, then it would be safe to brute force the thing. Sure, it'd take a while, but she'd eventually get the right combination.

Elizabeth, Workshop

"Ooooh~" Coo'd the heroic spirit as she moved closer and watched over Ranma's shoulder as the girl created some smoke bombs, tail swaying behind her slowly as she watched with interest. "So it's not just clothes, huh. That's sound pretty useful and fun."

Elizabeth scooted to the side as the dark-haired girl moved up as well to use the machine, head cocked to watch with her hands behind her back. She paused when Tenko put on her new coat, glancing the girl up and down slowly. She was shaking lightly, her lip caught between her teeth. And then suddenly the pink-haired woman squealed and leapt forward to try and wrap the younger girl up in her arms like an overexcited schoolgirl. "It's adorable, little kitten!~"

Ragna, Prime Meridia - Fort Hraggstad

One unwarranted ear-piercing screech later, Ragna had refocused her attention to Gwen's explanation. It sounded off the wall, but really, Ragna found it easy to buy all of it. Perhaps she was forcing herself to?

"Don't piss it off."

She had whispered one last word of warning to Gwen before she headed off to tame the possibly savage beast.

Jack-O', Dragonquest - Helgen -> Volskygge

Travel was no issue. Following the objective marker resulted in the game taking the liberty of speeding up the process, and the group had found themselves at their seemingly far-off destination in no time at all. And said destination turned out to be a tomb belonging to a 'dragon priest'. If Alduin was to be believed, it seemed likely that the priest's spirit would help her/him, but objectives in a video game were rarely this simple.

For now, it was time for Jack-O' to look forward... at the door impeding their progress. As Alduin excused herself from any attempts (Jack was finding this dragon girl more endearing as time went on) and Tetra experimented with the lever, Jack was reflecting on the riddle given to them, as well as the four animals symbolized in the blocks.

At last, she clapped her hands, thinking that perhaps she'd come up with a possible solution to the puzzle.

"Dunno about any of you, but I adore riddles! Mind if I give it a try?"

And if no one objected, she'd skip on over to the locked door and enter her solution.

Snake > Bear > Fox > Wolf

All that was left after that was to approach the lever Tetra was inspecting, and then to pull it.

Dizzy, The Van

The girl awoke the moment Cell touched her forehead.

At once, she jolted to life, eyes displaying some wicked cocktail of emotions: fear, anger, panic. Her right arm shot forwards at what she vaguely approximated to be Cell's neck, the fingernails on her hand extending, growing sharp as blades and blood red in tinge. But the nails wouldn't reach their mark, stopping mere inches from their target as soon as Dizzy got a good look at her so-called assailant.

"You're... not human."

And yet she didn't retract them, her wariness of Cell still persisting.

"And you're not a Gear."

Volskygge - Dragonquest

Tetra pulled the plunger before Jack-O' could get the last symbol of the presumablynote  correct combination in place.

"NO WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" Alduin reeeeeed.

The ground around them rumbled for a moment, followed by echoes of the shink sound of metal sliding off of metal. A baker's dozen of coffin-sized holes opened up in the Earth, previously concealed by snowfall, and creatures stood from them, growling in anger. Though they were humanoid and possessed flesh, the monsters resembled corpses and were absolutely skeletal in places - clearly they had seen better days.

A dozen of the creatures carried iron two-handed greatswords that looked positively ancient, and were identified in their HUD as Restless Draugr. Six had been revealed to either side of the area, half of them to the right of the door and half of them to the left.

Then behind them, opposite the door and back the way they came, stood a Draugr Scourge. It carried a greataxe that looked to be constructed of the same ancient iron used in the swords wielded by the other creatures.

All at once, the skeletal warriors charged, rushing with alarming speed and swinging their weapons.

Go hog wild. These guys are 'tough' but aren't meant to bog you down with weeks of posting. Autohit away. The 'boss' guy is a lot tougher than the rest, though, so maybe don't kill him in a single blow :O

Santa, Fuckin' Died

Santa was entirely expecting some sort of attack on the elf's part, even moving her sword to attempt to block the bolt. Well, one, it appears that holding up a piece of metal doesn't do anything to make the force of a lightning bolt disappear. This especially rings true for people who don't have some kind of anti-magic-bullshit field around them and can't bat things out of the air like an especially quick fastball.

Two, it was a bolt so strong that her anti-magic-bullshit field did little to abate the blow.

Santa was immediately thrown against the wall, bodily, her legendary sword blown out of her hand and sent across the room! She could feel an incredible pain in every inch of her body, and boy, did it feel ho-ho-horrible.

By the time the elf just walked off, if anyone bothered to look at the altered saint, she was just only waking up...and, more importantly, her pale hair had suddenly grown much, much frizzier.

"Errgh...you pagan emperor," she groaned to Nero, "If you truly believed that before you saw me smote, speak now. Otherwise, don't chide me for my failure to be a coward...ow, ow..."

She hobbled over to the brazier her sword had fallen aside, and picked it up. Santa didn't seem to be in good shape.

Cell, Close-Shave Socialization, Van

"And you're not blind from the trauma. Good." He replied with a slight chuckle, seemingly unconcerned about the razor-sharp nails coming near his throat. Dizzy would likely be aware of the syringe-like tail hanging over her own back of neck in retaliation.

In a gesture of goodwill, he was the first to pull back his natural weapon of choice. "Welcome to the Van. Long story short, you, me and the selection of weirdos from all over the multiverse have to chase after one woman lest it all blows up. I'm an Android. Or a Bioandroid, if you will. Cell. Charmed."

Umu, Mistveil Keep

"Why, I thought you're well-aware." Nero replied with a frown. "After all, you've been in this simulation far longer than my august self." Realizing that Santa might need a pick-me-up, Caster gestured for her to come over. "I can fix you a potion in a moment, unless my Maestro" She looked over to Magilou. "knows any healing art."

Her eyes were still on the downed Jarl, curious to get info out of him.

Jack-O', Dragonquest - Volskygge

Jack was just about to flip over that last symbol when rumblings from below the earth nearly made her lose her footing. She cautiously turned around to face the rest, lips pursed and eyes wide.

"That wasn't me, was it?"

Whatever the case, the dead were rising and they weren't looking happy to see them. The 'Draugr', as the HUD identified, numbered in six lesser mooks and one head honcho with an axe in its bony grasp, positioned equally on both of their flanks.

"Okaay... let's quickly take out the little guys, then swarm Scourge over there."

Blurting out a plan of action more as a suggestion than an order, Jack's heel struck Lantern, bouncing the ball-and-chain up into the air before kicking forward to lash it out towards the head of one Restless Draugr that had approached her. The deceptively heavy ball struck its mark but didn't finish the target. That was up to Bat, who from inside Lantern, unleashed a payload of fire magic straight into the Draugr's decayed head. It fell backward from the explosive force, ragdoll physics taking over and signaling that the creature had fallen.

Dizzy, The Van's Living Room

The needle hovering behind her neck had a sickly presence to it, like an aura of disease and an impending painful, convulsive death. That was only a guess as to what it did, but whatever it did, it was safe to assume that it could kill her.

Cell's courtesy of lowering his stinger was met with much the same, Dizzy's fingernails shrinking to their original size and losing their blood-like color.

Sadly, Cell's long story cut short didn't make much sense, of course, neither did the fact that she'd been transported into some disgustingly cushy looking human quarters without her knowing. And honestly, one nonsensical explanation fit her nonsensical situation.

However, it was not that which captured Dizzy's attention, it was something else. Cell's surprisingly pleasant introduction was ignored.

"An android... a human construct, but not a Gear. If that's true, tell me why I shouldn't destroy you here and now."

She stood up, and backed away a pace, betraying what she truly felt at that moment.

"I'm certain you know who I am?"

Lancelot - Volskygge

The Black Knight shook his head at Tetra's rashness. If this was all a big game then of course it would make you play by the rules, and he wished she had given Jack-O time to finish rather than pulling the lever before.

"Don't worry Madam Jack-O, you were not the cause of this."

The appearance of something to fight did make Lancelot happy though, as he rushed one of the Draugr, catching the blade between his hands as the corpse-like warrior swung his great sword. Lancelot needed a weapon, and for the moment the great sword would do as he wrenched it free of the zombie's grasp and claimed it as his own, letting his noble phantasm take effect and turn the blade black with red lines running across it.

"A bit old but it will work!"

He wasted no time in using the blade to finish off it's former owner, cleaving the draugr into two halves. Silently he did hope that Priscilla had witnessed that, a part of him hoping to impress his master.

Heading towards Wolfskull's Cave

"I see. That does sound rather problematic, Mr. Firebeard. I'll be sure to do a thorough investigation to help settle your mind." Having seen the word 'Jarl' be replaced with that of 'Daedra' on her HUD and wondering if she had somehow managed to unlock a hidden requirement just by talking, Android 21 blinked before smiling and walking on out of the forest.

From that point she simply began to run towards the destination due to thinking that flying around would scare the heck out of the nice computer programs. Still, due to lacking overall societal know-how, the good scientist was hurtling around as a one woman stampede on her way towards the destination like some sort of anime cliche.

Sparring Room

Staring a little nonplussed as she saw that the woman with multiple personality disorder was shouting at her silent if creepily organic sword that was actually blinking back, Corrin hastily rebooted her mind after seeing that particular scene when she was addressed once more.

"Ah that was... well, I'm half dragon it seems. I'm afflicted by the curse of my bloodline in that should my anger reach its peak, I become more... bestial. Whatever your weapon did it... reminded me of something rather unpleasant, I'm sorry to say. It's also eerily similar to a sword that goes by the name of Ganglari that I know of as well. Does yours cause explosions or hurtle shrapnel as a part of its gimmick?" Seeing that the owner was strong enough to handle the dirty will of her tool assuaged the concerns on Corrin's mind at the least.

Workshop

"Hurk." A strangled grunt cut itself off as soon as Tenko put on an outfit that made her look even more disconcerting to the nervous martial artist's eyes, that of the dreaded feline beast! Yes, the outfit did in fact match with the choker but if anything that made things worse! The general attitude didn't help either, highlighting the polar contrast that a cat would have between disgusted and prideful and that of a fawning sycophant!

Shakily holding a thumbs up towards the expectant Tenko and lying through her teeth, Ranma was rather grateful that the scarf wrapped around her face made it much easier to hide her discomforted expression. "Y-yes, the outfit is very... fitting, yes."

Slightly flinching once more as she heard Elizabeth chime in with the sugary and endearing nickname, Ranma Saotome internally wept at the fact that her E Rank Luck was now visibly making up for lost time and picking up the slack.

Meta Knight — Van Living Room

Meta Knight didn't respond to Tira or Corrin. Corrin, for her part, didn't look like she was in the mood to be talked to after the way she fought. And Tira didn't seem like she'd be particularly easy to talk to, even if one ignored her foul language.

Instead, Meta Knight picked up on another conversation that was going on at the same time, between the big green bug monster and the woman wearing the outfit that exposed a little too much.

"Welcome to the Van. Long story short, you, me and the selection of weirdos from all over the multiverse have to chase after one woman lest it all blows up."

Van? Multiverse? Woman? Well, it was as good of an explanation as he would get without asking himself. At least now he knew that King Dedede wasn't running another one of his crazed experiments.

"I have other things to attend to." Meta Knight added to nobody in particular, before he moved to another part of the van away from the now-ended match.

Cell, Master Diplomat, Van Main Room

Another person showed up in the main room, asking how to leave and citing things of importance as a reason. Oh, the innocence of children. Cell would chuckle if not for the fact that it would ruin his peaceful conversation with Dizzy. "Well, I'd hate to splatter you all over the walls." He admitted to the Gear with an incredibly arrogant display of honesty. "But since I don't know who you are, I have to assume that we're not from the same world and thus, picking a fight would be pointless."

His head tilted towards the Meta Knight. "Sorry to disappoint, pal, but you ain't leaving. None of us can leave on our own." Slowly, he straightened out to his full formidable height. "Your best bet, both of you, is to get familiarized with others. We're stuck in here for a while."

Priscilla, SKELETON WAR

Oh my. All of a sudden, a spooky squad of skeletons appeared. Looks like ol' Prissy was in a boss battle!

"I suppose diplomacy is off the table?"

Priscilla blew an icy wind at one of the restless draugr, freezing them in place. Then, she spun around in a quick motion, slicing one Draugr apart with her scythe and smashing the frozen one to chunky pieces of ice with her tail. She gave Lancelot a look of approval when she saw his handiwork.

Doopliss VR -> Van

Because I'm not sure what to do with the spookman and haven't been in a while, Doopliss pops out of the VR simulation and ends up with the other van people.

"TEEEEEEN THOOOOOUSAND YEARS WILL GIVE YOU SUCH A CRICK IN THE NECK!" the duplighost says dramatically as he is released from his metaphorical genie's lamp. Which in this case probably means Skyrim. He then checks his watch.

"Or 45 minutes," he notes as he sees how much time actually passed. "Either way."

He looks over and sees Dizzy, Cell, Meta Knight, and the rest of the vangoers.

"Man, what happened here? Also, nice clothes lady."

Seriously, did they hire a stripper while he was in that game? Goddamn them. Having all the fun while he was stuck in polygon land.

Tetra (Volskygge) - This Really Rattles My Bones

Upon the swarm of skeletal monsters and their big leader being unearthed, Tetra mentally slapped herself for making such an impulsive error, before shifting into a battle stance. While she would love to play with her new electrical bullets, these monsters didn't look like the type to be affected by it, so it was time to get up close and personal; memories of the ReDead and Stalfos from the Earth Temple and beyond came to her mind, and she unsheathed her warrior's sword, taking out the matching shield in her other hand.

"You want me to play your game? Then let's play." Charging forward at the nearest Restless Draugr, Tetra opened up with a four hit combo of three forward chops and an upward slice, before having to jump to the side to avoid a retaliating strike. Seeing an opportunity, Tetra lunged forward and stabbed it in the back, but to her displeasure, this still didn't fell the creature, as she could see it preparing to swing at her again. "Alright, wait for it..." As if on a cue, Tetra leaped over the strike and did a circular blow to the monster's head, hitting it with enough force to make it topple over onto its back, just barely alive at this point, a situation Tetra quickly remedied as she gave it one last stab to the cranium. "One down, a bunch more to go." Already seeing more coming at her and the rest of the gang, Tetra quickly leapt back into the fray.

Meta Knight — Van Living Room

Meta Knight kept his arms folded. Behind his white mask, his brows furrowed as he realized he might be stuck on the "van" as a one-way trip, with no way back. But there was no point in turning it into an issue, so long as he was among other people taken from their worlds as well.

"Well. I guess it wouldn't hurt to introduce myself. My name is Meta Knight."

The knight in blue sighed, and turned his gaze to the side. "I take it everyone else here was removed from their homes and sent on this 'van' to save the universe, correct? Well, I already was trying to save the universe. From Nightmare. He's already taken over countless galaxies and wiped out every opposing force, and I fear there's only one left who could hope to defeat him for good. But now I am here, with no way of knowing what Nightmare might try next."

Puru - Van Living Room - There is no WWE in Space

Puru's face scrunched up in an interesting expression of confusion when the man mentioned that his form of fighting was wrestling. The only thing that filled the young Newtype's mind was pictures of ancient Greek wrestling. That did not seem like a very good strategy in any sort of battlefield. "Wrestling? Like the grappling Olympic sport? No offense, but are you sure thats a good idea? What will you do against people with like....guns?" she asked.

The activity in the area picked up as the bug man showed up as well as some new comers. One was a masked man in dark clothing and the other was a blue-haired woman going on about gears or something. Puru nodded to Cell and added "Hes right, theres no going back just yet. You guys are going to have to get used to weird things from here on. Whatever you were used to in your world does not matter here."

And the girl just doubts Neptuneman's might. She thought he was a mere wrestler. But that's wrong! There's more to Neptuneman than just his wrestling, brother! While in his pocket, his Neptune Mask glows and Neptuneman's left hand briefly glows with electricity. This demonstration will be the proof that Neptuneman needs.

Magilou- Understone Keep

("Hm...so, more mundane speak, they can warp this illusion to their whim, basically?") Magilou responded on the mental link ("This might be a weeeeeeee bit harder than I was expecting").

To say the brute force approach didn't work would be an understatement. At least she understood how the game's systems worked...though having a bar for magic is going to get irritating, probably. For her part, she stayed out of it until it was all done, and then she approached the group.

"Well guys, that was a rather shocking revelation, don't you think?" She couldn't help but make a pun to lighten the mood, even at the other servant's expense... at least until she actually started hobbling, to which she had to think for a moment more than she felt she really should have, before responding to her servant's suggestion.

"I'd love to assist, but alas, I don't have any healing artes. There's a girl in my troupe that deals with that stuff." She turned towards the red dressed girl. "Looks like we'll have to use that potion of yours. What does it need? Axebeak Beaks, hare's foot, fish eyeballs?" she asked Nero.

Though, the fact that Santa was hurt inside an illusion was concerning.

Hat Woman- Blue Palace

The response of the Elisifs only left her more confused.

"Yeah, you don't see..." She pointed to the two and crossed her fingers to try to get them to look in each other's direction.

"...okay..." Sometimes, you just don't try to get into things. Unless this happens to be setup for a plot twist somewhere down the road.

"I do have experience with computers, pilot a spaceship after all." she answered Susan. "Nothing as fancy this VR, though. What's up?"

It did seem they finally have a lead to start helping out the town. Or rather, a shift. It seemed to be the only spot to investigate, so she didn't really have that much of a choice. Once she finished with Susan's request, she would follow 21 (and whoever else went) to Wolfskull Cave.

Gwen - Reality Is Often Disappointing; Fort Hraagstad

And the answer to "What did they reskin to make this?" turned out to be "A horse".

Kinda disappointing, but understandable.

Still, she'd be doing the rest of the team a disservice if she didn't take steps to make sure this mod was safe before telling them to come it. So Gwen slowly walked up to the reskinned horse, waiting for the prompt to mount it come up.

"Nice horsey, good horsey, please don't have dragon attacks and suddenly gain aggro, because this outfit is not fire-retardent, and all my other outfits are weird."

Fort Hraggstad

The horse simply continued to graze, happy to do its normal horse thing.

When Gwen got close enough, the tooltip that popped up indicated that she was but a single button press away from mounting the horse.

Sort of.

[] Steal Horse.

Wolfskull Cave

After passing through two loading screens to first exit the Blue Palace, and then exit the city, 21, Hat Woman, Susan, and Fran reached the cave indicated by their quest marker by traveling through the great outdoors. Or at least they reached near the cave entrance. There were some rocky outcroppings in the snow-covered ground, with one particularly large stone having the presumed entrance to the cave. It seemed like a pretty normal entrance to a cave, all things considered.

Normal, aside from one teeny detail.

The place was just lousy with dogs. Hundreds of them. If the number of dogs in Solitude seemed like a river of dogs, this place was an absolute ocean of them. Big dogs, little dogs, loud dogs, quiet dogs, fluffy dogs, hairless dogs. Hundreds upon hundreds of the things.

However, unlike the city, there were a few dogs there that didn't quite fit in.

They were wolves.

Amongst the hundreds of lovable dogs, dozens of mean-looking wolves lurked around the cave entrance.

And as the Alternates approached, the animals turned in unison. Like a crashing wave, fifty desperate and mangy wolves charged the quartet, teeth chomping and claws scraping as they dashed towards them.

Autohit away. As far as level scaling goes, the wolves are weak in hitpoints, and will die in one hit. However, they will do roughly '5%' damage to your total life points with any hit that you let connect.

Volskygge

Five of the Restless Draugr were dead, now, thanks to Jack-O', Tetra, Priscilla and Lancelot.

Tiki - Volskygge

Tiki gripped her axe. With five of the creatures dead, nearly half-

She sprouted her wings, using them to throw herself back as a Draugr's sword hit the air where she had been standing. Whipping around with her axe on the backspin, she cleaved it right in the neck with her weapon.

-half of the former dozen Restless Draugr were defeated. That just left six of the weaker creatures and their leader.

Two more of the restless creatures were rushing towards her, trying to stab her with their swords.

So she let them. Lancelot's actions had given her an idea of her own.

The swords skewered her torso from the front and back, sinking in all the way to the hilts due to her lack of armor. With the blades stuck in so deeply, all she had to do was perform a single powerful flap of her wings to yank herself up and away - along with the Draugrs' swords. Landing besides Tetra, she fell to her knees as the air involuntarily left her lungs.

"Disarmed... some," she spat out, nodding her head at the two weaponless monsters - who, despite the lack of weapons, still had hands that they were going to try and smash against peoples' skulls. She rested her axe's shaft on the ground for support, and started the process of de-pincushioning herself by pulling the swords out of her chest.

Fran - Blue Palace -> Wolfskull Cave (Flashback)

Having decided to join 21, Hat Woman and Susan in their quest, Fran followed them to the cave, though she still protectively held her poodle in her arms as they went to Wolfskull Cave.

Tessa - Understone Keep

"Santa!" Tessa wailed, backing up towards the Rider. She didn't turn around yet, not risking leaving her back turned to the elf as he left. When he finally vanished, she hurried the rest of the way until she was beside her servant.

"Are... are you going to be okay?" she asked worriedly. She put an arm around Santa's back, trying to get a grip under her arms for support - and just the arms, that was how serious she was. "You don't stay down for long, but... but I don't think that even that laser back in the desert left you like this."

Gwen - Two(Post)Fort; Fort Hraagstad

Gwen breathed a sigh of relief. Yup, just a horse. An owned horse. Which meant...

"Hey guys, it's safe!" She shouted out towards the rest of the group. "Whoever set the bandits on fire has gone into the fort!"

She began to pull her guns from her holsters, to check that they were ready and loaded, before realizing she had forgotten a detail.

"Oh, the horse is just a horse! Doesn't even talk. Just ignore it. Or pet it, your choice."

Once the rest of the group joined her in the Fort's courtyard, she grin at them and point a thumb over her shoulder at the door to the inside of the fort.

Lady, sighing in relief as Gwen was not ripped in half or something, pulled out her own guns as Gwen pulled out hers. Then she paused, looking at Gwen in confusion.

"I'm sorry, kill a what? What's a Brony?"

Ragna, Prime Meridia - Fort Hraggstad

Gwen gave the all clear.

As she and the rest rendezvoused with Gwen, the mercenary in pink belted out a mysterious word and Lady expressed her confusion. When Ragna thought about Gwen's explanation from earlier though...

"Ohhhhh, I get it."

Silence filled the air. Ragna looked between her companions as she said nothing for a good number of seconds.

"Ponies. Guys... liking a... show about ponies and... they're uhh... they're 'bros'. 'Bronies', yeah... okay."

("Congratulations, you have enough mental capacity to comprehend a simple portmanteau. Bravo, Ragna. What is next? Eschewing contractions for once?")

("Shut up, Brain Rabbit. Great... what is my life now that I can perfectly imagine your insults in my head?")

Tenko the Little Kitten- Workshop

Taken by surprise, the Ultimate Aikido Artist could nothing against Liz's sudden leap. Not that Tenko would have tried to get away from a warm hug given by a cute girl anytime soon. Yet again, the excessive physical affection and the cute nickname made the teenage girl both pleased and awkward. She hesitated a bit before returning the hug by putting her arms around Liz. All while telling herself repeatedly that this probably wasn't anything more than a show of friendship. "T-thanks, it's just something I put on a whim. And I'm not as cute as a cat or anything like that. I'm sure it would suit you or Ranma even better."

Speaking of the redhead, she was shaking slightly. While rather minor, any sign that the adorable pigtailed girl was uncorfomtable was worthy of consideration. Which was why the Ultimate looked at her with much concern. "Are you alright? You seem a bit shaky."

Carmilla & Sypha, Prime Meridia, Fort Hraggstad

"So the horse is a horse... of course," The owner of that snide comment was Carmilla who was happy to let Gwenpool get possibly eaten if this Rainbow Dash was in fact a Dragon or a Daedra.

"But it seems we are on the lookout for Rainbow Dash's owner," Carmilla noted to the others. "We must be cautious since we cannot trust our eyes completely."

"Let us leave Rainbow Dash in peace and head into the fort," Carmilla told the others, glancing at Sypha who just nodded.

Lucina - Fort Hraagstad

Lucina just looked between Gwen and Ragna, another look of earnest confusion crossing her face as she spent a moment turning that one over in her head. "Ah... Brothers of the Pony, as it were?"

Maybe she was learning something from her time with this band after all.

Shaking her head, she turned away from the strange horse and shifted her grip on her sword as she scanned the rest of the fort. There wasn't much more to look at, at least outside. "Alright... stay close behind me, the way this realm treats entrances, we have no way of knowing what's inside." With that, she gingerly pushed at the door...
