That said, Lori is a treasure among moe meganeko and I want to know how much Sailor Moon was Tabata-sensei consuming when he came up with her? I'm leaning towards no. He's pretty much an embodiment of systemic flaws in the Clover Kingdom.

I don't even know why the fuck there's a regular king at all.

Feels like a Magic King should have overthrown his ass decades ago.

Probably helps that the people who become Mage Kings in the first place aren't the kind of people who instigate coups.

It's kind of hilarious that after a big deal was made about power levels in that kingdom, they outright admit that power levels aren't the be-all and end-all of everything.

Man, the gratuitous rape attempts keep getting more explicit. At first it was the diamond guys kidnapping women with implicit rape implications. Then there was an actual sexual assault scene when they raided the base of the Eye of the Midnight Sun, but Luck stopped before it went anywhere. Now, we're already having the girl undressed. Next time it might actually go all the way.

Not sure you're suppose to take them seriously. They're there just for Asta to flex on.

Though if these are the grunts, one can only imagine what the bosses will be like.
