I guess the main takeaway of this chapter is where Five-Leaf Grimoires come from. They are Four Leaf Grimoires infused with the despair of their original owners. And Demons apparently need them to use their full power. Everything the Devil has done has been for the purpose of acquiring the two things he needs for a Demon to manifest in the world at full strength: a powerful source of magic to summon his body from the demonic realm and a Five Leaf Grimoire.

Considering how this entire ordeal has been completely masterminded by the demon I’d assume that Licht was gonna be a new body for the demon or something.
Though the demon also said he wants Asta’s body now so unless he changed his mind to Asta, I’m not sure what the resurrected Licht is supposed to be doing.

...I gotta say? He comes off as a real nice and down to earth guy.
Tabata Sensei: Yeah… I’m not sure I’m doing that well. There’s so many characters I want to feature more, so it’s something I need to work on. When I hear from the fans about which characters they like, that does make me want to feature them more, but I’m not sure I’m balancing things well enough. The current arc has large groups fighting each other, so I’m trying to let each character get the spotlight, but it’s not easy. I think I need to do better.
TEAM JUMP: I thought making the good characters who hadn’t been featured much into enemies in this current arc was brilliant.
Tabata Sensei: Oh! Thank you! I do feel bad that some characters finally get their big moment only to then lose.
TEAM JUMP: What sort of magic did you use to create a character as amazing as Mereoleona?

Annaliese: I love Mereoleona!!
Tabata Sensei: Thank you!! That makes me so happy. I probably did use magic. I was under so much pressure that I had to use magic. Mereoleona is a character that has a lot of rage in her and that’s something that everyone has a little bit inside of them, right? And so do I. Sorry for being negative, but I think she was born when all my anger had built up and was finally released.

Well I don’t really like Nozel & I find his character development to be lacking &/or unearned so forgive me if I’m not that thrilled either. 
But damn Nozel did great against Pari. Better than Julius & that motherfucker could control TIME.

Because of the whole thing with Vengeance, he might have been pulling his punches just a bit.
Nozel isn't holding back, I don't think he even knows Vengeance was sharing Patri's body and the former is gone anyway so it's a moot point.

Honestly? I feel like that was one of the more well done talk no jutsus. Naruto should take notes.
I like the new villain. He's very hate-able and delightfully creepy. He's drawn in a way that doesn't match with the art style of the manga and it makes him seem out of place and uncanny. It works.
