The forcefield slightly caves inward when Susana's barrier clashes with it, but she ultimately can't push through. She might need to try and sneak in as it expands... but for now, its propellers have finished repairing, so the APS contracts.

Gallikrex's frost orb strikes one of the main propellers, damaging it but failing to cripple it, until JUICE scrombles the rotors and something breaks with an eruption of sparks.

The Arsenal Bird begins readying another Helios missile, and at the same time it sends out a swarm of fresh drones, which begin targeting everyone with missiles as usual.

"I can't tell where it's aiming! Stay close by - it can't target anything near it!" Ruby calls.

She then blanches. "Oh crap, Boss! Satellite guy! Change of plans - someone has to take that hit! We can't let it bomb a stationary target!"

Versus arsenal Bird

With the drones coming in, The Tormentor begins to engage in a dogfight, firing off high velocity alien alloy rounds at the drones it can, with tatsuya using Maragidyne to try to take out any missiles locked onto it, as Maya works the guns.

Flynn, in the meanwhile, Has the Long cast Mazandyne, as Flynn himself attempts to buff up the team, casting Rakukaja, which increases the defence of all allies. He codecs in "I can take the hit, or have a demon take the hit. I've paid of Charon already either way."

"Thanks. ... I practice."

"I'm not as plainly strong as some of the people I work with, so I've just gone all in on the evasion thing." She sticks out her hand, and her gunstaff flips back over to her, letting her sling it on her back. "You know what's trippy? Dodging an attack by moving forwards in time."

"I'm Hakurei Reimu."

The Nergigante howled in pain, which quickly turned to anger.

Its yellow eyes scanned the foe, as it realized the root of all its problems: the Falchion. The Elder Dragon, with a wing flap and a blast from its mouth, put distance between Marth and it. In addition, the windblast from its mouth created a tornado aimed directly at Marth, as the Nergigante hoped it may seperate the weapon from the wielder.

As they neared the graveyard, they approached a set of stairs that led downwards into the graveyard itself. However, the area was infested with piles of bones, the closest of which rattled ever so slightly as the party grew ever closer.

The Ashen One decide that everyone will be boned if they just walk in here thinking that they have it handled, so she resolves to take matters into her own hand by approaching the pile and trying to crush it with her gigantic axe.

Should no weird shit happens she rolls over to the next mound and attempts to kill it to undeath...

Sarah's eyes widen. Oh wow! You're not as strong as some of the other people you work with?

That's... a refreshing fact. Also sort of scary yet exciting. I've never been handled like this before, to be honest.

Tatiana flies to punch some drones, while Paty is shooting them with Love Beams.

Dragonfly riders

The dragonfly moves at a high speed, leaving multiple afterimages at the battlefield, and rising their evasion. Meanwhile, Loli tries to shot down drones with Sonic Boom.

The trio follows the Ashen One silently, altough they are having goosebumps by the bones rattling.

"Well... lucky me?" she says awkwardly. "Sorry. You just ticked me off."

Reimu starts counting down on her fingers.

"I'm not a hundred on who my strongest coworker is. But it's probably Goku. He can take crazy amounts of punishment and keep on going."

Goku huh? That's not surprising. You know the Kaioken thanks to him, right? He uses that.

Sarah begins to THONK. And that white aura... was definitely tied to him, can't remember the name, extra instant?

Luffy prepares to tank, trusting Susana and Flynn to be able to handle it. He uses his Haki to see the future, and attempt to check on the success of their defensive strategy without him.

Zoro and Sanji and him attack the drones with the usual barrage of fierce attacks!

"You mean Ultra Instinct? I actually learned that long before I met him. I've been doing the whole dodging people's attacks things for a while. ... I guess he told me his name for it."

"It's fine, it's fine," she says with a wave of her hand. "Just like. Please don't do it again, and we're cool."

Ultra Instinct? Yeah, it's a pretty neat move, I reckon. Frustrating to fight though... but if I can ask you a question, how much of your power were you using by the end? I'm curious to know.

Alright then. Not saying a thing about it. She pretend closing her mouth shut with her right hand.

She shrugs.

"Dunno. I don't really fight using raw power that often. It's usually fancy magic and dodging and stuff. Like that finishing attack? I can't really say it's good because it's 'powerful' - it just messes with reality in a certain way."

"Plus, with the kaioken, you can always just sort of turn it up higher, so it's a moot question I think."

Sarah nods and does The Rocktm eyebrow raise.

You don't fight conventionally, that's for sure. Still, it was a good... well I'm a bit mad, but I also kind of brought it on myself. And I can always try and train up.

Hell, maybe I could just try out Ultra Instinct for myself... She says, half-jokingly.

"Getting super good at anything takes a lot time and practice. A lot of time filled with a lot of practice. And of course, some people are just better at it than others... even if I had started back during my original lifetime, I doubt I'd be as strong as Goku is now."

"You're pretty strong already, though. You definitely would improve at a faster rate than most others if you keep training and stuff."

She smiles and nods, content with being complimented.

I am pretty strong, yeah... Sometimes I feel like I'm almost too much, but then I have those fights and, even when I win, I remember that in the wider scale of things, well, there's Always Someone Better!

Sarah then acknowledge Reimu's words. Yeah, I figure it takes training. Not just your body, but also your mind. I could try... huh... getting the laundry done without even thinking it? heh.

She nods sagely.

"Infinite multiverse, infinite people who can kick your ass."

"Hm, at that point, you might as well try to just learn a 'laundry-be-done' spell. Unless you aren't a magician I guess."

Yeah, pretty much! There's probably a me out there whose exploring it and kicking ass or getting her ass kicked all across it. Funny stuff!

Sarah shake her head. Magic was suppressed for a while, and then it didn't, in time for a god of evil to send a nightmare scarecrow after me. I have weird weekends.

With the incoming big attack already being handled (not that the wyvern riders were willing or able to do such a task themselves in any case), the trio of wyverns and their riders dodged/shielded the missiles directed at them just like last time, and then 3-13 went to town with his explosive arrows once again. Just how many of those things he had on hand, Jill didn't know- and she wasn't sure she wanted to know the answer, either. The taciturn archer had secrets of his own that he kept close to his chest. Got kinda scary if you seemed like you were trying to dig. He turned and looked at Jill for a moment as if he had read her thoughts.

"Same as last time. We'll help swat these buggers out of the sky, then it's back to the propellers until that gets put up again."

... Thankfully, he hadn't actually read her thoughts. Or, if he had, he didn't acknowledge them.

Mark steps aside the trio seeing the unusual rattle the bones gave off and the ashen one's cautious and deliberate reaction to it. The hammerhead chain flails them about like a whip, aiming the hammers towards the other piles of bones the Ashen one hasnt gone for yet.
