"Mewtwo, come back and Recover!"
Mewtwo comes back out, and begrudgingly uses Recover instead of an attacking move.
Mewtwo restored its HP!

Bun-Bun, reverting to his initial Fire typing, does a backflip and punts the ginormous fiery orb at Mewtwo.

Mewtwo literally roars, and commits Leeroy Jenkins with a "ZEN HEADBUTT!" to punch through the G-Max Fireball (while still taking all the damage, of course, putting it back in the low red).
Zen Headbutt is powered up by the Psychic Terrain!

Mewtwo lands and barely has time to perform another move.
"Mewtwo! Recover!"
The mon manages to restore its own HP, only for a good chunk of it to be knocked right back into the void by the Earthquake. It huffs and wheezes.
"... We might be at an impasse."

Despite the change in attack, Mewtwo is able to inflict a genwun miss and leap up into the air, over the Flare Blitz.
It fires off a "DRAIN PUNCH!" as it rushes back down.

Despite how epic that last attack was, the awkward positioning leaves Mewtwo unable to properly brace itself. It crosses its arms and takes the attack head-on...! But it costs it the last of its HP, and Mewtwo slumps over afterwards.
