"Oh... hoo boy..."

Callis slumps over. "Can't these bad guys just wait their turns...?"

"Well, whatever. Let's get back to the mission at hand."

Abby says, and walks into the forest. When they get there, she releases the key and it starts to float in the air, before stabbing into the ground. The whole ground glows, and then a huge chunk dissapears, revealing a staircase.

"Wrll, here we go."

"My thoughts exactly, Callis. I won't force you or any of your comrades to help me vanquish Set and his lackeys," Thor says, "but could you see about persuading Goku, Vegeta and that Saiyan protege of yours to join? Considering how powerful this cabal is, I imagine they'd be rather eager to fight them. Or at the very least, their deadliest members."

Luxord follows. He patiently waits until the unlocking is done, then heads down the stairs.

Callis huffs.

"That'll be easier said than done... but you have my word that I'll try. Anyone else I should ask?"

"Thank you. As for other potential allies, Loki plans on enlisting the purple alien who fought against Galeem and his servant, and the blue-haired man who fought in the tournament, Azrael," Thor replies. "Do you think one of your associates could speak to the latter? It might save my brother some time."

Callis thinks about it.

"Okay first of all, purple guy's name is Hit. Yeah, it's on-the-nose, but I've met him... or at least a version of him. Knowing his name ought to make approaching easier. And I..."

She looks aside.

"... guess I can handle Azrael. I know about as little about him as you do. He likes a good fight, and... that's about it. And I guess if I go I can figure out what his deal is..."

Callis has successfully talked herself into it.

"Hit, you say? Heh, his parents must have had incredible foresight... Still, as you said, now Loki might have an easier time of approaching him."

Thor pauses for a moment, then continues.

"And since you'll likely have your hands full convincing the Saiyans to help, why not make things easier by having your alien friend speak with Azrael? I don't believe I ever caught his name, but he fought alongside you against Zamasu and Broly."

"You mean... the member of Frieza's race, the Namekian, or the Majin? Because I kinda had my whole squad there to take out Zamasu. And I don't think Deeq is a people person, but Mike might be good."

Claude grins, before readying an arrow and pulling back the bowstring, before Doing a backflip into the air, firing at the target while he's upside down, grinning like a fool.

Windu also follows rather stoically, and doesn't react when a gate is opened.

It hits the target dead on and Noire claps. Takumi looks annoyed. Be careful, erm, with these moves. It's better to be straightforward sometimes! He says, though he plans to try to one-up Claude.

Callis smirks. "Heh. One day I will. Preferably, when there's not a looming threat at hand."

She stands up and stretches. "Welp, I better go grab Mike now. I'll let you know how everything went once it's done."

Thor gets to his feet as well.

"Excellent! But before you leave, I have something for you."

He reaches behind the altar, then pulls out a pair of gauntlets made of uru. Embedded in the left gauntlet is a shard of Dharkon, whereas the right one contains a Galeem shard.

"I had them forged for you during my most recent visit to Nidavellir. Consider it a token of appreciation for all your help with Thanos and Broly."

He hands the gauntlets to Callis.

"These gauntlets are called Jarngreipr, by the way. May they one day strike Thanos right in his smug, hideous face."

Callis' eyes almost literally light up with sparkles, and she gasps. Although her reaction is somewhat exaggerated, she's still clearly grateful. "A present?! You shouldn't have!"

She scoops the gauntlets into her arms. "I will wear them with pride."

Chuckling lightly, Thor flashes a smile at Callis.

"I'm pleased to hear it, Lady Callis. And I must admit, Jarngreipr does look good on you."

He claps her on the shoulder.

"Yeah, I could get used to this."

Callis flexes her fingers, then gives Thor a send-off salute and vanishes with Instant Transmission.

After bidding farewell to Callis, Thor summons his axe to his hand before flying off.

Sovngarde

Dabura appears in the flesh, Fu by his side.

   "You know what must be done, Fu."   

"Yeah, yeah, I'm on it." Fu slices open a rift to the absolute clusterfuck of a battle that began with Nightmare Moon's descent into the Arena.

After passing into the other side, Fu lets his arm hang low, and then snaps his fingers.

v4 Arena

In a swirl of darkness and earthen power, Sephiroth◊ appears!

One-Winged An-

Then the ground trembles.

Fu makes himself visible to the people of the past for the first time ever. "Guys. I'm really, really sorry about this."

They all stop. Some make confused expressions, others angry glares.

"What is this latest nuisance yammering about?!" barks Nightmare Moon.

"And so will I repent eternally..." Fu swipes his sword and opens a second time rift inside the existing time rift.

Darkness emerges. Stringy, wavy, space-distorting darkness.

Zeref dissapears as Madara suddendly pops in and spot Nightmare Moon.

Snorting in amusement, he throws a large hust of wind with his gunbai towards it and use a fire spell, which is strenghtened by the wind and therefore cause a giant firestorm heading toward the pony ! Then he... notices Fu and look annoyed.

Weakling, are you aware of what you interfere with?

King of all my characters appears, looking slightly miffed.

"What in the god damn...?" He looks around confusedly before noting Fu. "Oh, it's that purple guy."

In the hole in the world opened by Fu, something stirs.

The Senescence

   "Fools. Every single one of you."   

An arm surges from the hole - no, a disturbance in reality in the shape of an arm. It grabs onto the ground of the Arena, digging into the earth with its grasp, and a shockwave quakes the entire world to its core.

   "This world. This accursed world. More than any world. With its constant fights. With its endless schemes."   

Another arm emerges from the warp, reality itself shuddering at the intrusion of a thing that does not belong in it. It somehow grabs onto thin air, and sends cracks of void through the fabric of existence itself as it pulls the rest of the unreal black thing along.

   "This world. Nothing but a scramble for the top spot between countless vermin. A scramble that can never end. The world itself refuses stability. Refuses order. It's like a beacon of entropy, its very existence wafting emanations across the entire multiverse. It's disgusting. It makes me sick."   

A face finally emerges, followed by a body, taller than trees, taller than mountains. Unspeakable. Its eyes... are the eyes of a thing that should not be.◊

   "Worthless Spiral races. If there was any world that ever exemplified your madness, then it must be this one. I should have razed this cancerous dimension long ago. I will now rectify my mistake. This farce ends... here."   

With these words, the Anti-Spiral pulls its full form into the Arena. It's dark, fuzzy and distorted like static on a TV screen. As if reality can simply not process the existence of such an aberration.

   "Know       despair,       foolish Spiral lifeforms."

Sovngarde

"Huh," remarks the angel.

"Huh," remarks the Gundam pilot.

They, who just watched King stumble his way into the time rift, follow him in.

"... More than you," mutters Fu as he turns away and vanishes before the Anti-Spiral can target him.

Shadow Man narrows his eyes at this new enemy. He crosses his arms in front of himself and manifests a giant shuriken in each hand.

Sephiroth scoffs and immediately rushes the Anti-Spiral, swinging Masamune in a sequence with a trail of darkness behind it. Despite the prodigious length of the blade, he swings it fast enough to make an audible wind-whipping sound.

Madara looks at the Anti-Spiral and scowls. Hmph! How bold of you! This fight is the place's swan song! Do not interrupt it with your petty grievances!

He makes several mudras and throws several fireballs at the Anti-Spiral (or rather, spit them). They're shaped after a dragon's head and do some big explosions but... well, it is the Anti-Spiral.

"... Well, purple man left."

He decides to fight as well, jumping into the air and trying to slam his sword down onto the Anti-Spiral's head.

There is no way King would be able to leap high enough to reach the Anti-Spiral's head in its current state. He'd be fortunate to reach past a leg. The abomination stands roughly about as tall as a skyscraper. The other attacks connect (they'd be hard-pressed not to, given the size of the target) but they seem almost laughably feeble in comparison to the sheer overwhelming power of what they have to face.

   "As I suspected. Even in the face of inevitability, you persist. And your first reaction is... of course... battle. Like infants throwing a tantrum. Very well then. If you insist on acting like children, I will have to discipline you as such. Have it your way."   

~~ERASURE~~

The Anti-Spiral lifts its foot and attempts to simply crush Sephiroth and everyone in the vicinity beneath its sole. Regardless of whether he connects, the attack will create a shockwave sending deep cracks through the ground, shattering the earth. It will reach far beyond the battlefield alone, in fact, it's lost beyond the horizon. It could very well be that this attack alone has damaged the entire Arena.
