It was a bright and clear day, which made the lightning strike completely unexpected. It struck the ground right in the shade of a tree, and left behind a sleeping girl with blonde hair reaching down to her waist and clad in a metal bikini not unlike the one from Star Wars. She was blissfully unaware of what had just happened, and of the fact that she wasn't in Japan anymore.
"You have value precisely because you are ordinary. No organization can last if it has only stars."
Rin won't get to enjoy solitude for long. The woman floats over to her, browsing the pages of a hefty tome.
"Rin Satsuki, the lost and forgotten. One of the greatest mysteries of Gensokyo... Up until now, I had heard but mere whispers of echoes of your existence. I had never expected to finally meet you in person."

A couple dozen decameters away from Miki's position stands a being in a mechanical exosuit. It polishes its rifle, blissfully noticing the lightning, and lumbering over to investigate.
It wields its rifle, on the lookout for enemies or targets.

Miki stirred, but remained fast asleep, quietly mumbling.
"Miki is sleeping... Miki wants this onigiri..."

The augmented cephalopod searches its suits database, before realizing all its drones are absent. It grumbles unhappily, fighting without cover being extremely unappealing.
It notices the girl. Its augmented senses give it ridiculous accuracy, and it automatically registers her as a human: i.e., a target.
It hefts its rifle, and fires a plasma bolt at the tree, intending to cause it to burst into flames.

"Am I really still known for that over there?" Rin muttered, before Satsuki began to explain further. "I've kinda just bounced around a few different kinds of places once the whole scarlet-colored sky thing went down."

Queen Miki
The bolt certainly did its job. The tree was quickly engulfed in flames. But the sound alone was enough to cause Miki to almost literally jump to her feet, and realize that she was not in the place where she initially decided to take a nap.
"Huh? Where is Miki? What happened? Who are you? Are you Miki's fan?"

It glares at her, not understanding a word but definitely understanding her ignorance.
It points the plasma cannon at her leg, and fires again.
"Mmmbmbmm."

Thor managed to blast open the doors for everyone to proceed inside after a minute or two. The inside was a giant entry hall, stretching far down. At the end there was a large staircase, with another large set of doors at the end, although this one was visibly locked with a magic seal. Along the side there were many doors, although most were closed. A few were open, though, most notably one radiating a soft orange glow from inside, and one with a pulsating red shine.
"Do you see that material, in the cylinder? That is Calamitous Essence, under great pressure and heat. With the right conditions, it can make just about anything. So, what should I make for you..." The robot approached the anvil, resting both its hands on the edge.
King of the Monsters
Dark Meta Knight says, "Again, I just got here. Can someone please explain to me what's happening?"
Amaterasu and Chibiterasu approach the doorway with the pulsating orange glow behind it.

"He's gearing up for war."
"So you were involved in the Scarlet Mist Incident?" she asks with curiosity. A different tome and a quill pop into existence in front of her, the tome flipping to a blank page, upon which the quill starts writing on its own.

Miki let out a scared cry as she jumped backwards, the blast just narrowly missing her leg... and then the heat of the burning tree made her jump away from that as well.
"Why did you shoot at Miki? Why did..." She noticed the scorch mark on the ground where she once was and her tone immediately turned serious. "Miki had onigiri... did you destroy Miki's onigiri?"

"You're gonna make me something? Well isn't that nice of you!" Koryo said somewhat sarcastically, but he felt a sort of sincerity from the mechanoid. "Hmm, but would it be too much to ask of you to instead improve something existing?" He asked with a mix of a joking and serious tone.

"Ho god, a robot !" says Clémence, diving out and putting her hands on her head.

Ares looks at Meta Knight and sit down.
"Simple. A mortal called the Jungle Tyrant is trying to conquer the realm, we are trying to murder him for that. I'd ask "why would you get in there without knowing anything" but entering a situation and just hacking away at everyone involved is a great quality in mortals. Do you want to be in my worship group ?"
Thor, meanwhile, screams.
"FIEND ! STOP HIDING AND FIGHT ! FIGHT ! FIGHT ! FIGHT ! FIIIGGHHHHTTT !" he says, diving alone at the red door, as Susanoo accompany Amateratsu.
"Norse gods."

Cephalopod
Cephalopod doesn't know what onigiri is.
What it does know is that it is ticked off it went for a plasma cannon instead of an ordinary sniper rifle or a lasgun. Yeah, this thing packs more of a punch, but lasers can't be dodged and sniper rifles almost can't be dodged and punch through armor like nobody's business.
It ignores her question, sighs, and fires again.
Fighter McWarrior
Fighter pouts at not getting a high five, but whatever, he's here to SLAY, not to PLAY.
He runs after Thor to the red door, hefting his broadsword and sword-chucks.
He ignores Swordopolis's screeching that this is a terrible idea.

Miki once again dodged the shot with a sidestep as she glared at the metal monstrosity in front of her.
"Nobody takes Miki's onigiri from Miki." She held her hand out to the side and a microphone with a stand appeared in her hand. A second after it was summoned a flaming scythe blade, in the color of yellow-green, erupted from the microphone itself. "Nobody." She assumed a combat stance, and then charged at her target at a quicker pace than one would presume she'd have, with the intent of going for a diagonal slash.

Hearing the commotion on shore, Miles climbed out of the water and saw the fight going on, "What the?"

It stumbles backwards, and counters the scythe with a smash from one of its tentacles.
Its eyes harden as it recognizes what Miki is.
"Mmegmuca…!"
It hefts the cannon with the tentacles on the other side and fires again, this time almost point-blank.

Fighter and Thor entered into a hallway, wide enough for both of them to fight side by side with room to spare. At the other end an open doorway into a room decorated in black and red, with someone standing in the middle of the room, bearing a striking resemblance to Calamitas, the person who had been disintegrated in the city earlier. More notably, however, was the fact that the walls of the room were lined with what looked to be cryopods, black with tinted red glass, inside of each of which lay Calamitas' clones. Ten started opening before their eyes, the clones inside starting to awaken. The two would have a moment to prepare before the fight started.
Ammy, Chibi and Susanoo, meanwhile, arrived within the Forge, joining Koryo and the robot.
"I suppose I could... Oh, give me a second." He turned around, walking away from the anvil and towards the group who had just entered. "What are you three doing here? The death witch is over that way." He said, gesturing towards the red-glowing doorway across the hall.
Divine Burden
Thor prepares for the fight by attempting to smash one of the clones to bit, if he succeeds, he tries to do it on another.
"WRENCH !"

"I don't know, this huge robot, man ! It's ruining my work !"
