Ronald McDonald appears out of basically nowhere. "Why, sir, you could stand to indulge in less... obscene senses. Perhaps I could give you an outlet to indulge in taste or smell?"

Mata Nui cringes at the Stranger's act, then glances at the clown with a look of... confusion, yet relief. "Indeed, that would be preferable to self-mutilation."

He laughs, clearly unhinged.

"Try away !" he says. "Lets see how it'll work !"

"Well, would you prefer something with more beef, chicken, or fish?" Ronald waits for an answer, then throws some magic dust at the Stranger.

The Stranger should have his vision obscured by the McDonald's logo for a few seconds, and depending on his answer, he'll have either a Big Mac, a McChicken, or a Filet-O-Fish on a tray in his hands.

He sees a big mac and shugs before shoving it into his face to eat it, making quite the disgusting noise while doing so.

Seeing as the Stranger hasn't tasted food in decades if not centuries or millenia, he'll likely be overwhelmed by the food.

True, it's an ordinary Big Mac, but look at it this way: He probably hasn't ever tasted fast food over the course of his entire existence, as it simply didn't exist in the time period he comes from. Not only that, but fast food also contains a lot of extra flavor through means that wouldn't be accessible in the Stranger's time period.

Mata Nui looks at the Stranger with curiosity. "Hmm... The Mask of Life may be a double-edged sword for me. I do not know what senses 'feel' like, so I may be in the same plight as you without actually being aware of it."

He really enjoy the taste it seems, his eyes widening a bit as he eagerly lick or pluck debris of food from his beard to eat it all. He laughs between each bite, enjoying the taste tremendously.

"Don't care !" he reply to Mata Nui.

"I am merely trying to figure out a nonlethal solution to your problem, stranger. The Mask of Life can restore senses, but unless there is a way to master its power, I doubt the effect is permanent. It may be gone even before your... next death, so to speak."

Luckily for the Stranger, Mata Nui's had enough practice offscreen that the Kanohi Ignika's effect on him will not expire for his next few scenes, regardless of how much time passes during or between them. Basically, he'll have the chance to "enjoy" his senses for however many scenes Bolded deems appropriate after this point, and it'll expire after a time of the player's choosing.

"Hmmm..." Ronald strokes his chin, seemingly deep in thought about something.

"it doesn't matter, I'll just keep coming for you !" he points aggressively. "And in this place, I'm sure to find the magic to dispel it ! I'll rip it out of some wizard's dead hands if I have to !"

He raise his arms into the sky.

"And then, THEN, I'll take my revenge on her !"

Mata Nui steps back in shock. "Who... is this 'her'?"

"My mother." he says, getting in a mock high voice. "She put me under that spell to make me immortal, and she refused to undo it ! But now that you're here, I can feel that magic slipping away !" he says. "And maybe I can do the same thing to her ? Make her unable to feel anything ?" he says.

He giggle, its eerily similar to a children's own laugh.

Mata Nui seems unnerved, but he actually nods. "Assuming she had a purpose for making you immortal... When one refuses to let go of a desire and makes another suffer for it, the same suffering would make a worthy punishment for them."

Before the Stranger has a chance to respond to Mata Nui, Ronald holds his arms over his head. With a cry of    「McDonald's World!」    and a spread of his arms, he freezes time.

Except, somehow, neither the Stranger nor Mata Nui are affected. In fact, Mata Nui looks around in confusion that the rest of the world seems to have gone monochrome, not realizing that time has frozen.

The Stranger might notice it much more easily, because there was a breeze blowing through that he'll no longer be able to feel, while the taste of the Big Mac still lingers in his mouth.

"She wanted to protect me but I'm a god." he snarls. "I don't need any protection !"

He notice the time freeze and look around in honest confusion.

"The fuck ?!"

Time resumes. "I see..." muses Ronald. He turns and starts to walk away.

Mata Nui looks at the Stranger. "Do you know what just happened?"

"Who cares ?" he reply. "Must be tied to that weird... thing." he says, pointing at the clown.

Mata Nui still looks deeply confused. "That... may have been time manipulation. I should go now and ponder this further."

A beam of light falls from the sky, and a small hooded figure steps out.

“Greetings Mortals, the great Lord Hyness has arrived!”

(I’ve R Ped in this server before, so I know what’s going on.)

He just turns towards the hooded figure and laughs.

"Mortal ?" he says, ignoring the god of the golden mask

“Who do you think you are? All are nothing before our dark lord!” Hyness yells, his body shaking wildly as he does so.

I wanted to ease off the TV Tropes side of things for the moment, but this is too good to pass up.

Mata Nui sees something coming and quickly leaves.

A lightning spear flies through the air and lands just in front of Hyness.

"Okay, no."

"We don't know how you got here, and we don't care."

The Jambastion mages descend - Francisca, Flamberge, and Zan Partizanne.

"We are not your subjects anymore. Begone, Hyness!"

He makes a wild grin.

"Asgard doesn't care about your shitty dark lord." he says, stumbling forward, slowly approaching.

“Wonderful, It’s you again. Didn’t I tell you to get out of my way!” He yells as he starts throwing dark orbs at the mages.

He laughs and lean backward, preparing a punch.

The bladed ends of their respective weapons easily carve through the orbs.

To make matters worse for Hyness, the yellow clone of a certain pink puffball may or may not be nearby, though not near enough for him to notice any of them or vice versa.

Zelerie is training it up within Noctilum.

Morpho Knight teleports in above Zelerie and burns away a clearing, then lands in front of her.
