KC didn't look down on people. Figuratively, at least. Especially here. Dr. Pym was enough of an icon that even KC knew superpowers didn't mean you had to look like the Hulk.
"Uh, yeah. I guess," he replied without breaking stride. Better than being in county on assault charges, at any rate. Another set of big powerful strides, then, "I'm KC." The pair passed through the open double doors to the main hall. Hell, he didn't know anybody. No reason to get choosy with his seat. Down a few rows. Pause. Another. Shuffle shuffle shuffle. He sat carefully, the practiced drop of a man who'd banged his knees against the row ahead of him enough times in his life. Plenty of room on either side of the brute, if Blake followed.

Felicidad have been staring at the dead rat slowly walking across her lap with her own will, throughout the entire trip from Long Beach to San Jose. Do not fret where she get that rat, she bought it from a local pet shop, it was meant to be fed to a pet snake, she didn't grab one from the streets. Her mom took the day off just so she can drive Feli to the newly built SHIELD academy. Bits of small talk here and there during the trip but overall pretty quiet because Feli's mom knew to keep quiet during this big moment, she knew how Feli acts.
It was until the last stop light that Feli asked "Ma, remember when I showed you that I can make that one corpse stand in the autopsy room?"
"Mmm?" her mom mumbled to let Feli know she's paying attention.
"Yeah, I kinda expected a lot more horror from you, seeing your own child just made a corpse to stand on its two feet but you...took it well. Very well. Why?"
"Oh..." her mom said as she scratched the back of her head. "I'm excited to see what kind of discovery to be made with that power of yours. Besides, it can be used for good, you know? For justice."
Feli's ain't buying the explanation. "Mom, is there something you're not telling me?"
Her mom sighed as the stoplight turns green. One last drive until they reached their destination. "Look, dear, I'll...explain when the time's come, this isn't as easy as the birds and the bees. But even if you know my skeleton in my closet, I still love you, hon, and I will not do anything that will harm you. Ya feel me?"
"Ya, I do, ma," Feli said with a sigh and slumped down in the seat, she is still isn't satisfied with her answer but this excuse would do. Besides, she didn't really object to going to a school to become a superhero or something, would be damn interesting and necromancy would be an interesting art.
One last brake and her mom unlocked the trunk with a button, to which Feli put the dead rat in her pocket, put on her galaxy printed bucket hat and got out of the white SUV and opened the trunk herself to get her walking baggage full of her stuff.
Before they get separated, Feli went to her mom and gave her one more hug, an exchanged "I love you" and "Take care" and a kiss goodbye before the car drove away and Feli moving towards the academy. She looked around and wondered if her loose white tank top and beige cargo shorts were appropriate for this occasion.
Her eyes stopped wandering when she saw Jake and his muscular build. She was fairly impressed as a fellow bodybuilding 'hungry skeleton' herself. She went up to the dude and said, with her chill dudebro tone "Damn, bro, you're ripped as hell, how many pounds can you bench press?"

Mike sits quietly in the back of his seat, The SHIELD personnel in the front seat not even glancing back at him as he looks around sleepily
'Nice watch' is the only though running through Mike's mind, staring at a shining gold example on the drivers wrist. Mike follows the mans eyes in the rear view mirror, and quickly reaches through the mans arm, unhooking the watch and pocketing in a manner of seconds.
'They never learn' he thinks, feeling the weight of his new reward in his pocket, the agent not even suspicious of anything. He settles in for the rest of his ride to the school they told him about when picking him up.

"Oh my god! DAD, LOOK AT THAT BUSH! IS IT A MUTANT LIKE ME!?" Scarlett, for all intents and purposes, vibrated in the front seat of her father's Porsche. The redheaded young woman pressed her face against the window, intent on catching the shrubbery morphing into a human form.
Michael Silverman, the doting father, answered with a laugh. "No, Sweet Pea, I don't think so."
Scarlett squirmed, glaring at the bush. It twitched in spite of the lack of a breeze. Her eyes widened, her mouth dropping. A squirrel flew out, racing the vehicle for a moment before skittering off. Scarlett screamed. "DAD THAT SQUIRREL IS A MUTANT IT RACED THE CAR AND I WANT TO BE ROOMIES WITH IT!"
Michael winced at the piercing cry. "Sweetie," he said while she paused for breath, "I think that was just a squirrel. Wow...they've got some real security here, huh? Look at those androids, Scarlett!"
True to his words, hulking hunks of metal patrolled the school borders as father and daughter drove by. They pulled up to the entrance, and Scarlett leaped out of the car to speed toward the entrance. Her father called out, but the animated young woman had spied a group of three students: one girl and two boys. No way in hell was he getting her attention.
Scarlett squealed as her introduction to the group. "Hi! I'm Scarlett and I can shoot blood out of my arms! See!?" Her skin split laterally along her left arm, and dark red tendrils snaked out before pooling into a sphere. "ISN'T THIS NEAT!? WHAT ARE YOUR POWERS!?"

Mike stares out the window of the car, eye glazed over form the long ride, the driver having realized his watch was missing at thinking it slipped off at the last gas station.
'To think, these people are trained to deal with us.' Mike thinks, watching the land glide by, the occasional car gaining his focus for a moment.
They finally get close to the academy, Mike sits up stretching out his arms
"Glad you are acting lively." the driver says to his passenger, watching him in the mirror
Mike phases right out the back of the car and into the road, diving down and swimming through the ground towards the academy, the driver seeing this just lets him go, easily getting in and he then approaches the girl showing off her blood.

Amy raised her eyebrow and then slowly stopped munching on the chocolate bar. Her appetite was gone.

Daniel staggers back his facade of confidence broken by the red tendrils as he looks at them first in a moment of fear but then into more curiosity.
"That is certainly a different kind of power." When it comes to mine...." Daniel does not finish the sentence and simply teleports in a brief glow of purple light and a whoosh of air to silently reappear on a bench behind the group giving a amused smile as they work out his location. Daniel clearly interested in everyone's powers, though he clearly cant resist showing his off when prompted.

Blake found himself walking beside Kelby down toward the orientation hall. Now, Blake was no small guy, but this guy next to him made even him feel a bit small. The difference wasn't that big, but to Blake, it was much larger than it should've been.
