So going by the title presumably there will be interdimensional travel this time, instead of the film taking place entirely in a single universe.

Shit give that schtick to Kraven, he's already a hunter after all.
Just give the guy a mega badass upgrade of a multiversal hunter of the ultimate prey, Spider-Man. Plus he does have a family of fellow hunters like Anastasia so it could work as an adequate replacement of the Inheritors.
Simply switch the whole spider totem stuff with Kraven enacting his hint of Spider-Man on a multiversal scale.

We're likely to get the teaser today since the co-director tweeted yesterday that we'd be seeing something today and I do believe that Sony has a panel at CCXP today

This has me really excited. Miles, Miguel, and Gwen jumping across the Spider-Verse possibly against Morlun? Or could we be looking at something similar to the Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon when Peter chased Norman across the multiverse? Also did Miles look older to anyone else?

Mileena MadnessYeah, there's definitely a time jump for Miles. Even his costume looks different from the first film, which lacks some of the spray-painted aspects (though I'm glad Miles' artistic skills are still prominent).
Also, let's not neglect this recent Entertainment Weekly article about the film.
"Miles' story is an epic," the pair said. "We wrote what we thought the story needed to be, and to our surprise we realized it was two movies instead of one. We're working on them both as we speak. Part Two will be out sometime in 2023. We will sleep again in 2024."
"Every dimension looks and feels radically different from all the others," Lord and Miller teased. "They all look like they were drawn by a different artist."
When asked, Lord and Miller were cryptic, only revealing, "Miles will reunite with some old friends and meet... a lot of new ones."
Wow so part 2 is coming out sooner than expected.
So either Gwen grew to like her haircut and kept the style once her hair grew back or perhaps not that much time passed for her since the first movie. The style would fit a punk rock look if that's what they're going for.

I'm curious what world's we'll be going.
At first I thought that first world Miles is in is Gwen's world but I looked at her origin scene from the first film and it does look different.

Given how much the original pushed its PG rating (at least by the standards of what seems to constitute a PG nowadays), I'm legitimately wondering if they might go all-out and make the sequel PG-13. The audience is already there from the first movie, and it's not like the live-action side of Marvel isn't making money hand over fist with PG-13 titles.
