This is not a trope. This is a subjective audience reaction. All it basically says is that "even though this Aesop is presented in an Anvilicious way, I don't think that's bad because it's a really important message." It cannot, objectively, be separated from the main trope of Anvilicious because this is "the same thing, only good", and classifying it separately in that way violates the basic principle of Tropes Are Not Bad. In short, this should not be considered a trope.

If it's already classified as an audience reaction or otherwise subjective, then its page needs to be changed to reflect that. Right now, it has an examples list, which, if my understanding of policy is correct, subjective things should not have.

Your understanding of policy is incorrect. That is a YMMV item. It may have examples on it's own page and YMMV pages.
