Anyway, in my story the KKK got a little invitation from other dimensional Nazis to be their eyes, ears, and occasional saboteurs on Earth.
So in order to ensure that their attack dog can properly do its job, the Nazis decided to loan some equipment to the Klan and for some senior members or particular dedicated members, superpowers.
So now that the Klan has renewed its terrorist license, what should be in their arsenal?
Currently, there is the standard terrorist package.
Assault Rifles
Body armor
Rocket launchers
Truckloads of high-explosives
As for the senior members, perhaps some shapeshifting powers that allows them to shift in the form as indicated by their rank (i.e. the Imperial Dragon would literally turn into a dragon).
Of course what they wouldn't get are armored vehicles, aircraft, and naval vessels.
So do you think this is reasonably armed for a terrorist organization in a superhero universe? Enough to give the heroes a recurring headache?
