It kinda does anyway, hence the "discouraged, but not prohibited" part in the OP. :/ Yeah, I might think about just saying it regens, but then I'll wanna say exactly how fast, and there'll be questions and rulings and headaches and ehhhhh.

Fuck with the scenery if you must, just don't try to make it stick and don't try to make me figure out answers to annoying questions or I'll probably just say it's invulnerable and leave it at that.
