To be honest I prefer this over the other ending, because I don’t like how it handled the Titans in the end.

If these leaks are true, it's certainly an interesting turn of events. And something I can't imagine was always planned because otherwise it makes no sense.

It sounds like the Mist-style bad end that Araki mentioned wanting originally, except for the Happily Married Jeankasa which is just what certain shippers deserve.

The founder literally can do whatever it pleases with the bodies of Eldians. If the founder says "all titans are no longer titans", it is done.

Mikasa meets Ymir (Ymir's apparition) while holding the head of Eren. She then realises who has been looking inside her mind.

Conversation between Mikasa and Ymir:

Mikasa: I think your love is like a long nightmare... all the lives that have been taken... you can’t get them back ... Even though that’s the case, this current version of me exists because you gave birth to those lives. Rest in peace... Ymir (Ymir's apparition dissipates)

Additional background - turns out the king actually died back then because Ymir didn’t protect him from that god damn spear. Ymir hugged her crying children.

Mikasa is in a ponytail when she visits the grave with kids.

When she is old, she visits the grave with offsprings in a wheelchair.

The entire dialogue for the final HS caste has been leaked as well to summarize

EMA just finished watching the final chapter of a movie. Mikasa enjoyed it, Armin is upset that there was no surprise in the ending and Eren is just happy watching the movie with his friends and he can't believe there used to be giants 100 years ago.

Making more sense; remember that the leaks from the original source have always been worded in VERY clickbaity ways.

the bit about ymir not protecting the king is a big what as is. Like, doesn't it turn the whoek story on its head? Whzt ws the flashback we saw then? Ymir wishing she had taken the spear?

It sounds like Ymir changing history. But who knows if any of this is even legit.

And oh my god the subreddit toxicity; guess I won't be going there to unwind for a month.

Or just avoid the toxicity and focus on the people who are actually sane.

It is a tad hard to do as of late; some people are getting an odd sort of validation, going full scorched earth.

I like Mikasa's ending more here. Vast improvement there.

They were talking all that good shit for a month.

I couldn't give less of a shit about the ships at this point. I would've rather have had coherent character arcs.
