Getting the option to solo the final level is only reliant on the conversation at Johnny's Grave. No other dialogue options affect it. Not unless Phantom Liberty changed something but that'd be the first time I heard it. You have to follow the dialogue choices at Johnny's Grave to a T or it won't trigger.
