Sooo yeah. Dead corpse. New person mentioned. 3 days before this murder and we end on a bloody, screwed up classroom. Shit's getting tense.

If anyone's only reading the actual updates and not the whole thread, slowbeef's using the HD iOS's free first chapter to make a sort of abridged series style recap, and it's fantastic.

Was thinking on mentioning that. Sure gives a new outlook on the game.

Hey guys? Guess what? Monobear is being dismantled. And the messages from it on the monitor every morning and night were most likely pre-recorded!

...This is scary though. Just think, what would happen if the Mastermind really wis dead, and everyone was stuck in the school forever, with no way out? The food would most likely stop replenishing as well, though they'd at least have to garden to grow stuff...All in all, they'd just be doing the other motive Monobear had...Living in the school until they died...

That..That update...It's..just....I don't know whether to feel disturbed or crazily confused...that was just...

Holy crap. I think that execution was more intense than A Million Fungoes. That look on Kirigiri's face before she got crushed. Goddamn. And then Hagukure was right and that he and Naegi's children shared the same mother. I burst out laughing at that. What happened to Fuwaka anyway? I don't think this bodes well for her in the normal path.

I think that's about the only time I've seen Kirigiri lose her cool...

HOLY FUCKING SHIT! WAY TO GO ALTER EGO! Oh wow, I was just staring wide eyed at that update. Looks like Monobear completely lost his control over the students.

I wonder if in the next chapter if we're gonna be following the viewpoint of Naegi or Kirigiri.

Having spoiled myself, I knew that Alter Ego would bail out Naegi. One of the most awesome moments of Dangan Ronpa.

Yeah, the paywall went up again. It should only be a week or two before everything is visible, so there shouldn't be much more of a wait between updates than there would be otherwise. I think.

Looks like there was an update though, since that thread's been at the top of the LP forum for a while. Alternatively, drama's going on in that thread.

Huh. What happened to the paywall anyway? Aside from preventing lurkers from looking at a certain subsection of the forum, (FYAD for one) it never popped up for months until now. Did SA suddenly need more revenue or something?

EDIT: Oh, it's that time of year where they do paywalls once a month. Forgot about that. Just wait a week or 2.

And hilariously enough, tumblr's freaking out about this.

Yep. Paywall's up now, so people without SA accounts won't be able to view it for a week or two.

If something happens over there, I can post a summary of the update if you want.

It doesn't seem like there will be any updates until the paywall goes down, but since I can't actually see it, I have no idea if there is or not.

Why would they limit their updates? Orenoren didn't limit his updates when the paywalls went up last year. They don't really care about lurkers all that much. I'd love to get an account there myself, but I can't just yet.

Besides, looking at the forum, the Dangan Ronpa thread was floating near the top for a while, which means shortly after the paywall went up, there was an update. That, or the goons were making fun of the tumblr drama over the whole paywall thing.

@Folt: That'd be nice, but unless the this is the paywall that lasts a month, I doubt we'll need the summaries just yet. Maybe you could tell us general things like, if the mastermind was revealed or something like that, so we'd know what to look forward too though.

I don't have an account, myself, but apparently, according to someone who does have one, there hasn't been an update yet.

Oh. Must've been making fun of tumblr drama then, according to someone I talked to. Or maybe they're coming up with crazy theories again/using that stupid JUNKOS meme. Who knows.

Ah well, I've dealt with the paywall before, so this isn't a big deal to me.

Right now, there's an explanation about how JUNKOS came to be.

It's still updating. It did right now. Something about corpses and meat freezers and two people having the same measurements and bleh, I don't even follow this LP.

Amusingly, someone tried to mirror it on tumblr. Rather sloppily. Which resulted in all the pictures to turn into a caption saying "Suck it anime tumblr havers, try purchasing a SA forums account". Don't think I've ever seen so much craziness for a single LP, and I've seen other L Ps where the player translated as they went along.

So, uh... what the heck is this meme anyway? Reading its history doesn't tell me its meaning at all.

The meat freezers are likely where the corpses are held, and the measurements are of Mukuro Ikusaba in question, and match the measurements of Junko Enoshima.

The JUNKOS meme was birthed from the belief that Junko will become important during the last part of the story.
