Unless this was released under the porn label, I fail to see the relevance.

Also, I said second year of Japanese high school, which is not 14, but 16-17.

Ah, I thought it was Japanese middle school you meant. and if it was a porno, wouldn't they have released it under the porn label instead of the regular one? Thus, some evidence that it may not be a porn.

It must've been zapped off the list. Are there any reasons why it should be re-flagged?

I finally looked at the links for Kanokon and it seems blatantly obvious to me that this has an art style which makes the characters look young. Some characters do look younger (mostly because of breast size), but within a range which makes everyone look young anyway; it doesn't seem like they're supposed to look more than a year or two younger than the rest. Combined with the fact that 1) second year high school is an acceptable age to not be considered pedobait, and 2) it's a shonen title, it makes no sense that this should be cut at all unless it's actually porn. And it's got a US release and it's not being released as porn.

If this is cut, or even limited to the manga, it'll be a blatant case of "anime cut because not enough reviewers are anime fans".

Also, let's face it: if we had been told right from the start that this is a shonen title and the characters are in high school, rather than people judging it based on false comments about middle school and seinen and then finding out otherwise when they were already committed to cut it, would we even be having this discussion?

Just sent a flag for Ichinensei Ni Nacchattara, which was cut for being "pedoshit" (by the Fast One himself, no less) before the P5 was formed, but which has been appealed according to the Pages Cut Under The Policy Change page.

I've never read the thing, but from what I can make out, it's that genderbending series where a high-school boy gets rebuilt as a little girl by a scientist who's a rabid lolicon. According to the Page Restoration Petitions page, "It's a Widget Series of the Slice of Life genre that thrives on silliness. While nudity may pop up now and then, the whole thing is generally too silly to be considered even remotely sexual."

If it gets reviewed and it's decided it's not coming back, then I can start cutting examples.

I read the first three or four issues. It's pretty bad. There's a giant 2 page spread of the little girl protagonist in a typical sexy lying down pose in extremely skimpy lingerie. We don't need this one on the site.

Would this be referring to Kanokon or Ichinensei?

Yeah. I'm holding off on deleting examples until the review gets done, but from what I'm hearing so far, it doesn't look like this one's gonna be brought back. I don't really care one way or the other, to be honest.

Agreed. Thong panties in general are worn when you want to turn someone on or "feel sexy," IMHO. I think I'd have some questions for anyone who'd want to have a kid wear that. Especially one at that age.
