"Dude, I don't know. I just need someone who knows more about rocks than me. I have a slight idea on whose help to get, but I don't know if they're available."

Halis quickly hops over, glancing at the screen before going back to their seat.

Halis: <Well... like I said, it only seemed to do that corrupty bit when you didn't give me a command of any kind as far as I'm aware. I think if you just... tell me to do something with it, nothing else will happen? I wouldn't know, though. Also, who's Pent? Is their full name Pentagram? Pentacle? Pentocales?>

Primus, via speech device: Sir, is this man bothering you?

Lowell: Apparently not at the moment. Stand down, Primus.

Marius, the servant, walks toward Hal. Or at least it seems that way; his aura is actually in the drone projector, which reveals him to be a rotom projecting a hologram of a realistic CGI human.

Marius: Sir, it appears that this young man's misdreavus is, in fact Hal Lazarus himself. Shall I translate, sir?

Lowell: Make it so.

Lowell bows.

Lowell: Good day, Monsieur. I am Vicomte Lowell Macraul. Shortly before your untimely demise, my wife Helena and I had bought almost all of your work not currently in museum collections. A pleasure to meet your acquaintance.

Jonathan, inside voice: <Ivan, if you can hear me, this is Lowell Macraul. He's an eccentric inventor, chemist, and artist—half of the statues in the city were made or restored by him. His family of bajillionaires have been involved in a lot of really shady stuff.>

With the go-ahead given, Colton drew the Spiral Stone and held it between himself and Halis.

"You will believe you have been a Buneary your entire life," he said simply before pocketing the Spiral Stone.

Halis: <Hm... was there something I just did? I feel like there was, but the past minute or so's just blank to me. Weird. Oh well, it's nothing important, right?>

They seem to have forgotten anything related to their voluntary mindshaping prior to it happening.

-Hal's paint seems to faintly darken in his hair, but he maintains a poised demeanor.-

Hal: <Ah, oui. The biggest art collector in the city. I'm glad you take an interest in my work, though I presume it's all in a private collection?>

-Hal smiles wryly.-

Hal: <Though I do notice you have yet to acknowledge my trainer, Ivan. He works for the Geographic Society. I presume you read my most recent interview? It was transcribed by him.>

-He gestures to Ivan, seemingly a little miffed that Lowell hasn't addressed him directly. Ivan, however, is more focused on Marius. His eyes briefly flash a deep pink.-

Ivan: "You're not human. This shell of yours has no soul. This robot with the aura; is that the real you?

"Yeah, shouldn't be important. Tell me about your upbringing. Who trained you?" Colton asked, looking like he was expecting a specific answer.

-Kaiiseii chugs his cola in three second and manages to keep pace with Muggy, running on his hands and feet like the gremlin he is.-

Halis: <Who trained me? My upbringing? Well... for a while I was just wild, wandering around on my own, getting very lost and somehow ending up in Kanto, but then Lucius caught me and we've been friends since. That's the super-short version, want to hear the long one? We'll probably be here quite a long time if I tell the full version, and I don't wanna bore you.>

They seem to fully believe what they're saying at the moment, not a single hint of sarcasm or falsehood in their statement.

"No need. The long n' short is all I need to hear," Colton summarized before pulling out the Spiral Stone again.

"Your memories will revert to normalcy." He said before pocketing it again.

Halis: <...Pfft, did I really just say that!? Oh, come on, you can't tell me you would've believed that even if you hadn't known beforehand... wow, I'm bad at telling made-up stories even when I've been made to believe them as real. Uh, anyway... there's one thing you could use it for, I guess, helping people-turned-mons blend in if need be. Not that I'd have much use for that at the moment, though.>

Silas and Roxy are in the Workshop, debating with Bishop.

"Okay let me get this straight... you want us to custom build you a new Robot Body, for this work?"

"Having me on hand would be very advantageous Captain. I could be more active and provide active support compared to my more passive cracking of code. The App runs smoothly without me and even then I could still provide assistance when needed."

"No no I get that," Silas commented, "Just-"

"-Why did it need to be Legion from Mass Effect?" Roxy asked staring at the body.

Bishop crossed his arms, "Disguise. More sleek compared to my body."

"Your body has already been combat tested we don't need a new one."

"This body also disguises us better whereas my other body would get noticed!"

Silas sighs, "Okay tell you what, design one that isn't a blatant ripoff and I'll allow it."

It was at this point Muggy rushed in and gave Roxy a hug.

Silas, Roxy, and Bishop all look over at Kaiiseii, Roxy smiles and waves hello, Silas just stares.

"How the hell did you get on my ship without me noticing?"

He decides to ignore it as they are at least on the ground, out in space would be even more concerning. Silas has other things to do.

"So what brings you on board anyways?"

Halis: <Hey, it's gonna happen at some point... better that you know it now than later. Besides, you wanted to think of positive uses for it, right? Well, consider that a start to your list, then. Anything else you might want to test with it, though?>

-Pent wanders in, holding his phone with the notebook under one arm. He looks up and gives a bit of a wave-

Marius: You guessed correctly, though you would be the first to notice firsthand. I am, in truth, a rotom. I use a holographic projection to help Vicomte Macraul with his duties and errands more effectively.

Lowell: A weekend project I did when I was bored, but it has proven useful in diversifying Marius' capabilities. I presume you're also the restorer. Well met. The people in charge should lay out the division of my generous payment with the day, which, as the restorer and co-creator, would mean a portion of its proceeds would go to you, Mr. Losken.

Lowell turns to Hal.

Lowell: Most of the pieces in my personal collection and that of my family are largely held in private, yes, and are only occasionally available for public view. A few of our more memorable acquisitions—and many of the sculptures of my own creation—are displayed in public. A portion of our private collections is on loan to the Lumiose Museum's Miare Hall of the Arts. Some of my own sculptures can be seen in bridges and public spaces across the City—a humble token of the Macraul family's generosity and patronage of the humanities.
