Frieden: Krieg said that you took him to some small journey to Kalos to get a medallion, and he now hears the voice of a piece of shit we wanted to kill for 5 years now. May I ask you what exactly the medallion is?

Zoroark: <Yeah, I... didn't hear anything.>

Leeya: Oh, that's the Medallion of The Warp! Also known as the Emerald Medallion of Kolemmatrice, after the Glitch sealed inside! It's been taken care of, don't worry!

Frieden: A glitch? For fucks sake....... Leeya, it seems that the cost of taking care of it was my best friend's mind. So, do you mind if you tell me about this glitch?

-Frieden inserts his credit card into the vending machine and picks an iced tea and soda

Leeya: Oh, whoops! Anyway, his name is Kolemmatrice, or Kolemm for short. Very hnaulike and talkative for a glitch, Gudrunn assumed he had non-glitch origins and tried to wrangle secrets for becoming a glitch from him. He's got decent reality-warping powers in general, but what he's especially good at is warping the powers of others so they can do things they normally can't.

-Frieden picks up his iced tea when he hears the name that Locke and Keithbin referred the woman in blue hair that was in his office for the beast balls in whispers. Frieden crushes his iced tea.-

Frieden: Her? That blue haired bitch is the reason why Krieg is at the verge of losing control of his body? Is that what this was all about!? I TOLD THAT BITCH THAT I'LL CHASE HER TO THE END OF THE WORLD IF SHE TRIES TO RUIN MY LIFE STYLE AND HER GUTS JUST BURSTING OUT OF HER ISN'T IT! DOES THAT BITCH WANT TO WAGE WAR WITH ME!? IS SHE TRYING TO TAUNT ME!?

-Frieden takes off his glass and rubs the bridge of his nose with the hand that is soaking wet with iced tea, he calms down and realizes he ain't thinking straight.-

Frieden: Sorry, just a little stressed today........ so, warping the powers of other's, huh? That might be why Krieg can hear 817 now....... Final question: how do you get rid of a mind parasite? That area doesn't seem to be best for science.

-Leeya furrows her brow at Friden's outburst, but shakes her head and addresses him anyway-

Leeya: I could try! Or we could convince Kolemm to do it, push comes to shove.

-Frieden sighs.-

Frieden: Thank you for your cooperation..... where and when would you like to meet?

-Mean while, Krieg.-

Krieg: ......... So, you really are 817?

   Yeah, but I'm not exactly that 817. I mean, if you're arm was severed, will your Friend still call it Krieg?   

Krieg: No.....

   Exactly! They would call it Krieg's arm, but not Krieg. And just like how that hypothetical arm comes from you, I come from that 817, and I do have it's memory of killing that blonde guy in glasses' pokemon and friend, but I'm not exactly 817. Nevertheless, I was separated with the order to take over your body, which for 5 years ended in slow success hidden in failures.   

Krieg: ............

Ashley: Er... what sort of help?

-Leeya taps on Frieden's shoulder, Jean holding the medalion-

Leeya: I'm here!

Jean: ...How did that happen?

Leeya: Reina's Smeargle knows Teleport.

-Pent sat, watching the cartoon for a while as the others conducted the first few steps of exploring the seemingly shifting place-

So, anyone besides me know the public story of this place? Like it doesn't explain why the door has become a sticker, but hey I did my research when they sent you-...

-He takes a short breath and shudders-

When they sent all of us invitations. Also can I just say I hate halogen lighting? Dehydrates me like nothing else. Or maybe it's just the dust we can't see...

-Notices Anabel and Rose talking-

-Decides to wave and get both of their attention-

-Rose sees Tagg, and breathes a sigh of relief.-

Rose: Oh, thank goodness.

Anabel: Hello, Tagg. I take it you knew about Rose's history already, considering the J-Team's previous run-ins with Cipher?

-Frieden flinches.-

Frieden:.... would you like a drink form the vending machine before we start?

-Mean while Krieg.-

-Krieg is screaming wildly, banging his head against the wall.-

   .......That's how I killed that female friend of yours named Liebe! The method ain't so bad if I do say so myself~.   

-Krieg slides down to the floor, back against the wall. His pupils are constricted and veins are popping out of his forehead.-

   Oh don't be like that! She was just one organism floating through this whole network of realities that makes her as irrelevant as these dust particles in the air you inhale. In fact, it makes all of us irrelevant as well! No one is the main character, no one is special. No matter how much power they have, how much they are adored, admired, worshiped, hated. All are forgotten some day in this vast emptiness we call life and death. So don't feel sad or angry, because there's really no point.   

-Krieg crouches into a fetal position, and stays that way.-

"Simple, we could call up PEFE or the J-Team. They got numerous people who specialize in this kind of stuff, and I've learned a lot of their rumors are kind of real."

The Cartoon Pent was watching stopped, it was Zachary Zoroark in motion jumping over Terry Trainer and his partner Petey Pikachu. In the background was another figure, Gym Leader Lovely Lena trying to hold Terry back.

Zachary dropped down, and stood on the edge of the frame, no one else in motion, a big toothy smile crossed the cartoon's face as it wrote "Hello there Pentigan" in ink. "This place was the top animation studio for my cartoons, built in the late 1930s I was a part of the rise of talking toons!"

Nobody but Pent could see this happen.

The room down the hall made no sense, there were 3 rooms and another hallway to a door labelled exit. Behind some bars of course because nothing was ever that easy. The room with the table had what appeared to be a picture of Terry Trainer, lying on the table, shadows over his face implied he was 3 dimensional.

The other room appeared to be a... altar of sorts, with a large mechanical device filled with ink and covered in pipes and pumps. It had a singular lever. On.

Leeya: ...Hearing Kreig we better start this exorcism now!

Jean: Wait, exorcism?!

Seafolk Village

Anabel: Right.

-She pinches the bridge of her nose, sighing in exasperation. She turns toward Rose again.-

Anabel: If I were any other police officer, I would probably waste no time in holding you accountable. However, as the chief of the UB Task Force and as a Faller, my priorities are on getting Scarlette to safety. Someone like her, who has been through Ultra Space twice and had enough trauma the first time to lose her memory, is unlikely to be in full control of her judgment. Particularly if she's had an encounter with UB Symbiont.

Rose: That's what I'm so afraid of... she was starting to act weird when she came back from Ultra Space, and meeting with suspicious people doesn't seem like the sort of thing she would have done before.

Jones: <This setup is... disconcerting.>

Zoroark: <It... says it's running right? Does it look like it's running? Should we keep it from running?>

Unova Pokeworld

"Now, hang on," Colton decided, looking at the device, no clue what it did coming to him. "We shouldn't flip out about this thing until we know what it does.

"Read, we flick it off and find out the difference between when it is and is not on." He proposed, standing by the lever.

Pokeworld Studios

-Pent looked a little nonplussed at the personalized change in the footage. Actually he considered it a little cute that whatever spirit controlled such decided to try messing with him personally with info he already knew for the most part. With a curt nod he stood and caught up with the others-

So! Of course the issue here is that the public face isn't the whole story, initiate the secret histories and all that. For example I don't remember finding news of an altar to the ink pump gods being in my research.

-He smiles and doesn't actually approach the lever at all-

I'm gonna duck outside, see if the old man has any office relics he's collected that need returning.

-With another curt nod, this time to his companions Pent steps over to a seemingly darkened corner and stands in it for a few moments to no effect. He quickly checks his pockets, head-tilts at finding he has what he usually has and then rubs at the wall a little-

... Hah. Nice! The shadows are painted on! Impressive, this place is escape proofed better than most villain bases...

-To Anabel-

If Rose has told you everything then I think "Basically a new person"-type amnesia would make her unfit to stand trial, but I digress. We don't even know who these shady people are exactly, which makes things even tougher.

Or maybe I do know. Lazarus did mention a "Team Iron" in our last conversation after all...

-Hearing Krieg, Frieden quickly runs back to Krieg, and puts Krieg around his arm. Frieden looks at Leeya-

Frieden: Please, help Krieg.......

Somewhere Over the Rainbow

*vwip*

-A person in a white cloak just sort of... appears near Locke and co. He pulls out a weird-looking phone and taps it a few times-

???: Everything appears to be normal...

-He looks up at Locke and co. He panics and swiftly climbs up a tree to stand on a branch-

???: I- I mean as expected, I have found the anomalies that I, Kage Harinezumi, was tasked to search for!

-He then pulls this pose. Or at least tries to, before falling off the tree. He jerkily snaps straight up a few seconds after he lands-

Seafolk Village

Anabel: I know. I had more or less the same sort. But I know a number of officers who very much would not care. You'd be amazed at how insensitively Interpol treats amnesiacs.

-She shakes her head-

Anabel: But that doesn't matter, because they're not dealing with this situation. And if it's a criminal organization that's taken her in, my partner in the UB Task Force is plenty qualified for helping with this case. Eccentric as he may be, he's an expert investigator, and this won't be the first time he's dealt with people like Scarlette's mysterious recruiter.
