I've used so many digrinders on my Selvaria's Spear that I honestly don't think I'll be finding a better weapon until my mid to late 30's.

Although the Caduceus has been quite useful against robots.

My RAmar is going with three weapons currently: a rifle, a gunblade, and a mech gun. The gunblade served me well in the wetlands, but I'm starting to see diminishing returns, and the bullet dance photon art is a lot less effective at crowd control than I thought it'd be. It's just so hard to aim the darn thing. The mech gun is currently my best weapon, which is quite a surprise for me. The balance between weapons is drastically different than PSO.

Mechguns were always ridiculously good. Yasminkov 9000M anyone?

Although they actually seem worse in PSZ. They lack the speed they used to have.

Well yeah, the Yasminkov mechgun rocks, but the ones I'm using are from the shop. The regular mechguns are actually fairly accurate. They may lack a bit of speed, but most weapons seem a bit slower in PSØ.

They daggers may be a little quicker except for the final attack animation. I don't have to worry about getting smacked in the middle of a chain like I did in PSO.

He is a bunny. An evil bunny. There is no other explanation.

He has stubby bunny legs, a big bunny head, and long bunny ears. If it looks like a bunny, is evil like a bunny, and is immortal like a bunny, it must be a bunny.

That's what bunnies want you to think. But they are liars. They pretend to be rodents. THEY LIE!

There's also that one charged attack (Wipeout I think) for rifles where you drop to the ground and shoot randomly that ends in a decent damage grenade toss

btw, anyone else gone through the Eternal Tower?

here's my friend code if anyone wants it: 0603 6439 9753 got a H Umar and a R Acast, going to get a F Onewman soon.

Why the hell are those things hyperlinks to nowhere?

Because they're in Wiki Word format. [ =Text= ] without the spaces should solve it.

I've gotten to the 10th floor of the Eternal Tower. I don't think I'll be doing it anytime soon.

Reporting in. I'm on the final boss currently, but do not have the patience to beat it just yet. God, my allies are weak. Sarisa is the only one I'd bother keeping alive for this, but her healing fits are not nearly frequent enough to be all that useful.

On that note, I find it humorous that Reve acts like such a freaking badass when he's doing single-digit damage to the mooks. I mean, really, did they have to make the CPU allies so worthless?

PS: will add A-roo tomorrow. Sleeptime is nao.

The Eternal Tower isn't that hard, just long. It helps that you can use the teleporter each boss provides to go back to town and sell/deposit all the items you get and then just pick up where you left off.

I've often wondered myself why allies are so pitiful. It'd be one thing if you could arm them with whatever you have on you, but apparently that's asking to much...

I just let everyone die during the last two battles. If not even my heals using the Caduceus can help them, nothing will.

The allies serve 3 purposes in the final fight

1. To do Scratch Damage

2. To heal you every time you don't need it

3. (and this one is most important) To make Mother smash her head into the ground for a couple of quick strikes and to draw the fire of Dark Falz away from you

They pretty much just wasted time and PP that could have been spent killing them in my case. I'd heal and deband them and they'd run straight into Bunny-Falz and die.

Just got through trashing the rabbit deity with my Cast and allies were just as useless as with a Human. Gotta say though, it seemed easier with a gunman than getting in it's face with a binary saber. Anyone else gettin similar results?

My main is a RAmar and I can't imagine trying to take on Falz in melee. The two weapons that work best for me are a mechgun and a laser cannon with the Bio Panic photon art. I find lasers and bazookas to be pretty much useless anywhere else, but that photon art does a good job of taking out the little balls that orbit around Falz. With those damn things flying around, I can't imagine anyone getting close enough to whack him with a sword. Even if you destroy them all, they come back way too quickly. Seems like my best option is to sit back and spam photon arts with my cannon and rifle.
