• Informed Wrongness: Lois and Jon chewing General Lane out for not trusting Clark enough to see that anti-Kryptonian weaponry would never be needed against him ignores the fact that there are things that can make him go off the bend against his will, like Red Kryptonite, Silver Kryptonite, and various villains with mind-influencing powers, not to mention the known existence of evil Kryptonians like Astra and Zod and their followers even before this recent spate of evil Kryptonians, whom the weapons might need to be used against even if they never need to be used against Clark (though, in fairness to Jon, at least, he probably doesn't know about any of these things, especially given how much this show is staying disconnected to the rest of the Arrowverse).
