• They Wasted a Perfectly Good Plot: This episode is meant to be the start of Spike's quest to mature into dragonhood. However, the episode ran too short (given in fact that most self-contained stories ran for 11 minutes) and the idea was put aside for another in the next episode, never to be revisited again until the advent of G4.
