- Awesome Music: The instantly recognisable pounding drum machine drum loop of "Sudno".
- Germans Love David Hasselhoff:
- Despite being a Belarusian band who sing in Russian and have music heavily inspired by Post-Soviet life and aesthetic, they are incredibly popular in the West, enough to garner an American record deal in 2020.
- Their popularity has lead to something of an online boom in Soviet 'doomer' aesthetic, even to the point of Westerners longing for the (nightmarish) setting their music presents.
- Misaimed Fandom: "Sudno" is often used for humorous purposes on the Western internet, by users who apparently don't know the lyrics are about a man on his deathbed, and are based on a poem by a man who committed suicide after writing it. Or even when they precisely know, it's used as intentional Black Comedy in "Doomer" videos...
- Nightmare Fuel: The overwhelmingly bleak and oppressive atmosphere of their music can be this at times.
- Signature Song: "Sudno", overwhelmingly so.
- "Kletka" is less popular, but still very iconic.
- So's "Toska".
- Tear Jerker: If you understand the lyrics, this applies to essentially all of their songs.
