There's not much to say really; I'm a 24 year old geek with an unhealthy interest in science - expect to see me adding tropes on any related topics i think of that no one's beaten me to.
Even before I knew the word "trope", the component atoms of stories and how they fit together interested me: you know how you feel when you come up with an idea or a witty saying, then find out some bastard who's probably been dead for centuries thought it up first? That's how I reacted to this website.
I see it's customary to link the tropes you've worked on, but I've got no chance of remembering most of them. Put me down for "a lot".
I hate, hate, HATE it when people Entry Pimp their favorite shows into tropes that really don't fit them. It makes the trope pages cluttered and unreadable, it confuses the actual meaning of the trope for people reading the page and it's the prime reason why we've had to nuke The Un-Twist, Rape The Dog, Warped Aesop and countless others.
