Allenimations confirmed in his Discord server that GPS and Tophat are boyfriends, with GPS being nonbinary and using he/they pronouns.
It's also been mentioned that Sketchpad is asexual and uses any pronouns besides he/him, which is something Allenimations wants to include in the series later on.
