- The epilogue of Arc 1/prologue of Arc 2 reveals that after having abuse after abuse heaped upon him by humans and angels alike, James has gone off for an extended vacation on Earth. He leaves a note for his husband Malakh, but unfortunately Malakh still goes depressingly insane and disappears himself.
