Cowgirl Uniqua and Jockey Pablo are two overconfident and boasting horse riders from "this side of the Mississippi". They are racing all the way to the Mississippi River against the determined Farmer Tyrone and his slow-moving burro Molasses. During the race, Uniqua and Pablo keep horsing around by challenging each other and boasting about who is better at everything. while Tyrone and Molasses keep going along, not lollygagging nor horsing around. In the end, Tyrone wins the race.
