- Leaning on the Fourth Wall: Cole's puppet show about previous events causes a group of children to run away, crying. When asked why he would tell them about it, he says the story is appropriate for ages 5-13, the target audience of Ninjago.
- Video Wills: Zane isn't currently with the Titan Mech, but he's left a video message containing his last goodbyes for if he fails to repair the mech.
