The 'Great Wars Era' is a major period of the Second Age, marked by global wars between great nations on Equus (then called Tellus) of unprecedented scales which changed the course of history. These conflicts would see both the worst and best of Ponykind expressed in the horrors of war and atrocities committed by the belligerents, but also the heroism and valour of those who fought to protect their nations or innocents and bring peace back to the world.
