Season 1 (Chapters 1-21)

1. Recruitment and Mission
   • Ant-Man and Wasp are recruited into the Avengers.
   • The raid on the HYDRA base leads to the discovery of the Infinite Gate which Ultron activates, sending him with the nine Avengers of Captain America, Black Widow, Falcon, War Machine, Quicksilver, Scarlet Witch, Vision, Ant-Man and Wasp to a galaxy far, far away.
2. Welcome To Naboo
   • Captain America, Falcon and Ant-Man arrive on Naboo just as the Separatists launch an invasion on the planet.
   • The first outing of the Avengers in the Star Wars galaxy.
     • War Machine is on the Rishi Moon Base
     • Black Widow is at Tatooine
     • Vision is on Attolon
     • Wanda is on Dathomir
     • Pietro is on Ryloth
     • Wasp is on Maridun
3. Republic to the Rescue
   • The Avengers meet many friends, allies, future lovers and enemies during the invasion of Naboo.
4. How Do We Explain This
   • The Avengers arrive on Coruscant, meeting the Jedi Council and Chancellor Palpatine, explaining their situation and their missing allies likely spread out, lost somewhere in the galaxy.
5. Rookies
   • War Machine assists Domino Squad on the Republic Rishi Moon Base and prevents the deaths of Cutup and Hevy.
   • He is then reunited with the three Avengers on Coruscant.
6. Underlying Malevolence
   • Captain Rogers and Palpatine have a one-on-one conversation that plants the seeds for the growing suspicion the Avengers would have towards the Chancellor.
7. Hunting Malevolence

   • The Avengers assist the Republic in taking on the new Separatist warship, The Malevolence, teaching new aerial tactics that would be utilized in the battle that would cripple the CIS ship

8. Destroy Malevolence

   • Padme Amidala inadvertently finds herself on the Malevolence after a "miscommunication" for a relief run leading to the Avengers and Jedi infiltrating the ship to save her.
   • The Avengers(Ant-Man specifically) clash with General Grievous for the first time.

9. Runner of Ryloth

   • Pietro Maximoff meets Cham Syndulla, Ima-Gun-Di and the 71st legion, assisting them in fighting against the occupation of the planet against the Separatists, becoming close friends with Cham, Di and the clones of the 71st.

10. Never as Simple as it appears to be

    • The Avengers introduce Queen to the galaxy.

11. Crash Landing Metal Clanging

    • The Battle Of Quell.

    • The 501st with the Avengers move to assist Aayla Secura and the 327th against the Separatists. During the battle, to escape a ship that was about to explode, Steve and Scott with Anakin, Aayla, Ahsoka, Rex, Bly and the clones who would go on to become ARC troopers are separated.
      • The group crash lands on Maridun and in a short amount of time, encounters the Lurmen who have taken up residence there.
      • Wasp is found and is reunited with the Avengers.
12. A Reason To Fight

    • The Avengers fight of the Separatists on Maridun.
    • Nute Gunray was captured and War Machine is assigned with the transport to make sure he gets to his assigned prison.

13. Cloak Of Darkness

    • Rhodey and Ahsoka meet Luminara Unduli and Barriss Offee for the first time.
    • Asajj Ventress is assigned to bring Nute Gunray back and she doesn't come alone.
    • Durge, the Gen'Dai Bounty Hunter is brought along and he clashes with War Machine for the first time, signaling the start of their long rivalry throughout the story.
    • Asajj successfully frees Nute Gunray.

14. Sure is Cold Here

    • Steve and Sam assist Obi-Wan, Anakin and the 501st with the issue of the Talz settlement on the Moon of Orto Plutonia, meeting Riyo Chuchi proper, a longstanding ally of the Avengers.

15. Ryloth Calling

    • The Republic receives a distress call from Ryloth, making the Republic mobilize several fleets with all the current assembled Avengers joining them in this battle.
    • Ahsoka leads her own squadron for the first time.
    • The Republic punches through the Separatist blockade and begins sending troops to the surface.

16. Battle Of Ryloth

    • Pietro encounters a blue blob on Ryloth, the locals telling him that it has been there for nearly a year and a half, in the timeline of earth, since 2014.
    • The Republic with the Avengers begin landing on the planet. Hope with Waxer and Boil meet Numa, a Twi'lek girl who helps them in finding a way to her village, helping liberate her people to acquire a secure landing zone for the rest of the Republic fleet.
    • During the battle, the 71st Legion led by Ima-Gun-Di and Cham Syndulla arrive to help and with them, Pietro Maximoff, bringing the Avengers up to six at this point.

17. Liberation of Ryloth

    • The Avengers lead the assault on the capital city of Ryloth, punching a hole through the Separatist defenses.
    • Wat Tambor is captured and the planet of Ryloth is liberated.
    • A party is held in honor of the Avengers and Pietro Maximoff meets Riyo Chuchi for the first time.
    • Palpatine begins enacting counter measures to combat the growing number and presence of the Avengers.

18. Hostage Crisis

    • The Avengers learn more about the underlying Sith threat and plot from the Jedi.
    • Cad Bane takes Senators hostage, demanding the ransom and release of Ziro the Hutt. He successfully frees the Hutt. Bane and his group are about to escape when one of the Bounty Hunters reveals herself to be Natasha Romanoff, nearly foiling their plans. Bane didn't anticipate betrayal but anticipated for any unknown variables, having brought on Durge on the job, leading to another clash between the Gen'Dai bounty hunter and War Machine.
    • In the middle of the chaos, Orn-Free-Taa is killed.
    • The Avengers in space are now up to seven with the return of Black Widow.

19. Homefront

    • Tony brings Clint out of retirement after the disappearance of the Avengers, recruiting Hank Pym along with him as they begin investigating the Hydra base where they vanished.
    • Tony Stark goes about recruiting Peter Parker/Spider-Man and Matt Murdock/Daredevil to the Avengers to begin making up for the loss of heroes on the Avengers.
    • Fury reaches out to them, sending them files on other possible recruits for the Avengers.
    • Spider-Man and Daredevil team up for the first time taking on Ulysses Klaue.
    • Black Panther and his entourage arrive in Manhattan.

20. Lost

    • Daredevil and Spider-Man, in their pursuit of Klaue, encounter T'Challa and the Dora Milaje, teaming up with Black Panther to track down Klaue.
    • During their fight and skirmish with Klaue and several buyers, the technology he was selling goes haywire, teleporting Klaue, Spider-Man, Daredevil and Black Panther to a galaxy far, far away.
    • In the Siberian prison that once held him, Bucky Barnes/The Winter Soldier finds a stasis pod, turning it off to reawaken Celeste Morne who had been trapped in her oubliette for 4000 years. Bucky and Celeste meet for the first time.

21. Where Is This?

    • Ultron regains "consciousness" inadvertently due to the tampering and experimentation done by Hydra with the leftover drones they had gotten their hands on.
    • Within the systems of the Hydra base the Avengers raided recently, Ultron triggers the Infinity Gate, hoping to rid himself of the Avengers only to get pulled in.
    • Ultron arrives on Coruscant, being assisted by Padme Amidala and C-3P0, the pair not knowing they inadvertently helped the newest player in the Clone Wars.

Season 2 (Chapters 22-50)

1. Found

   • Spider-Man arrives on Coruscant and another Force reverberation is felt across the galaxy, signaling the arrival of more Avengers to Force Users.
   • Ahsoka and Barriss are tasked with seeking out a disturbance in the city-planet whilst Palpatine employs Cad Bane in hunting down an Avenger that undoubtedly landed on Coruscant.
   • The two Jedi Padawan meet Spider-Man for the first time while fending off Bane. They then bring Peter to the Jedi Temple where he meets seven of the lost Avengers.

2. Everything In Motion

   • The Avengers, Jedi and Sith each have reflections upon the events that had transpired the past few weeks.
   • Bo-Katan meets the Mandalorian Protectors.

3. Welcome to the Galaxy

   • The Guardians of the Galaxy had been undertaking a year-long mission, going from planet to planet to eliminate the seeds of Ego planted across the universe.
   • The Guardians find the Ebon Hawk adrift in the vacuum of space, repairing it and finding the remains of HK-47. They reactivate the assassin droid and he is recruited into the team.
   • The Guardians arrive in the Star Wars galaxy via Plaid.

4. A Bit of Dissension

   • Pietro begins courting Riyo Chuchi.
   • Black Widow and Falcon discuss the Clone Army, and how they appeared and begin suspecting far more ulterior motives that have gone ignored or unnoticed.
   • The Zillo Beast is brought back from Malastare and frees itself, rampaging across Coruscant. The Avengers, Jedi and Clone Army work to take it down, Scott Lang resorting to gigantification to keep it distracted long enough for it to be put down.

5. Holocron Heist

   • The Republic is forced to retreat from the planet of Felucia.
   • Cad Bane is hired by Palpatine to steal a Holocron from the Jedi Temple detailing Force-Sensitive children who could one day be taken into the Jedi Order. He successfully infiltrates the temple and acquires the Holocron. Sora Bulq, now a Sith Acolyte, also succeeds in his mission of freeing Prosset Dibbs from his holding cell.

6. Cargo Of Doom

   • Anakin, Ahsoka, Rhodey, Pietro and Peter pursue Cad Bane who has captured Master Ropal in hopes of making the Jedi unlock the stolen Holocron. During their pursuit, Rhodey battles Durge once again.
   • Cad Bane successfully forces Anakin to unlock the Holocron by holding Ahsoka Tano hostage and escapes soon after.

7. Children of the Force

   • Cad Bane manages to capture several Force-Sensitive babies, sending them to Mustafar before being captured himself by the Jedi on Naboo. They forcibly make him tell them where the children are. Plo and Windu go to where the Holocron is being kept, Natasha, Ahsoka and Peter head off to Jedha to assist Aayla Secura and Anakin with Pietro go to Mustafar to retrieve and rescue the toddlers.
   • Cad Bane escapes from Windu and Koon
   • Pietro and Anakin succeed in rescuing the kidnapped babies.
   • The Avengers and Jedi on Jedha fight off pirates who are after two Force-Sensitive children on the planet. They soon encounter and are assisted by Chirrut Imwe, Baze Malbus and Matt Murdock. Matt reunites with Peter and the heroes succeed in saving the two Force-Sensitive infants being Grogu and Mara Jade, both being brought back to Coruscant and into the care of the Avengers.

8. Stalking a Space Slug

   • Steve and Sam are recruited by Obi-Wan to try to track down Ziro the Hutt after his exchange from the senate hostage crisis. The Avengers meet Quinlan Vos and Delta Squad who would be assisting them on this hunt.
   • During their hunt, they go to Nal Hutta, speaking with the Heads of the Hutt Cartels and on their way to Ziro the Hutt's mother, encounter odd droids, these being their unknowing first run-in with new Ultron Drones.
   • They pursue Ziro to Teth, finding him dead and encountering Crossbones who had been teleported to the galaxy far, far away.
   • Sy Snootles is killed by Ultron and the data of the Hutt Cartels is taken, him using this as a bargaining chip to have free reign in Hutt Space, unseen by the Avengers and Jedi.

9. Senate Spies and Such

   • Padme recruits Hope and Nat to assist her in uncovering a Separatist plan on Cato Neimoidia revolving around a past flame being Rush Clovis.
   • The Avengers meet and fight against Sith Acolyte Chezo Niva for the first time here.
   • The three ladies succeed in getting information about a new Droid Foundry on Geonosis.

10. Devil of the Holy City

    • Covers Matt's time on Jedha, assisting Chirrut and Baze along with those who follow the Whills of the Force in fighting of Orson Krennic in obtaining the Kyber Crystals that lay within the abandoned Jedi temple on the planet.

11. D-Day

    • The current team of Avengers assists the Republic in their assault on Geonosis. Being the most familiar in this type of scenario due to his time in World War II, Captain America formulates an attack strategy for the invasion of the planet, dividing up their forces and pointing out several points on a map that would serve as landing grounds to create a proper attack front for the Republic.
    • The assault begins and immediately things go south. The Separatists hammer the Republic landing crafts, causing everyone to split up with only Obi-Wan's contingent managing to land. The rest of the Jedi, Clones and Avengers fight across the terrain of Geonosis to get to the landing sight and link up with the 212th that was fighting off the Separatists.
    • During the battle, Steve hears a droid that states a phrase eerily similar to Ultron, rattling the Super Soldier.
    • All Republic invasion forces link up at Point Rain and successfully execute an assault on the targeted droid base, destroying it and establishing a landing zone for the rest of the Republic army on Geonosis.

12. Proving Grounds

    • A two pronged assault is planned on the droid foundry on Geonosis. The Avengers with the 501st, 327th and 41st legions and corps will assault the foundry from the front whilst Peter, Ahsoka and Barriss sneak into the catacombs beneath to destroy the base from the inside out.
    • The entire time, the teens were being spied upon by Ultron inhabiting a tactical droid.
    • The teens make it inside and after an unfortunate circumstance with their explosives, improvise by using a Separatist as their cover before they blow up the foundry from within. They are buried beneath the rubble but thanks to Peter's Avengers ID card, they are located and rescued by the others.

13. Terrors Beneath

    • Luminara pursues Poggle into the catacombs beneath Geonosis, being taken captive by the Geonosian queen. Rhodey with Steve, Obi-Wan and Anakin going in to save her. After a harrowing experience, the Geonosian Queen is killed, Luminara is rescued and Poggle is taken prisoner.

14. Invasion of the Body Snatchers

    • Peter, Ahsoka and Barriss are assigned a simple transport mission of delivering resources and picking up medical supplies from a nearby Republic facility. Unbeknownst to them, a Clone Trooper was infected with a Geonosian control worm and boarded the ship with them.
    • After bonding and a movie, the infected Clone soon begins to spread the worms amongst the other clones, managing to capture Barriss as well.
    • The teens manage to send out a message to the Republic, warning them about the worms and Anakin with Steve interrogates Poggle into telling them just what it is they were dealing with.
    • Ahsoka and Peter receive their message, learning that the cold is the most effective weapon and soon turn the ship into a fridge, getting the worms out of the clones and Barriss and killing them off.

15. We Are Protectors Part 1

    • The Mandalorian Protectors are going about establishing their presence in the galaxy. Fenn Shysa, Tobbi Dala and Dax Ordo are doing multiple missions in Mandalorian space before the three of them find the journal of Canderous Ordo, Mandalore the Preserver.
    • The three Mando's are sent to Tatooine by Spar, the current Mandalore of the Protectors to find Boba Fett and recruit him into the Protectors. During this assignment, they meet the Guardians of the Galaxy for the first time.

16. We Are Protectors Part 2

    • The Protectors establish a working relationship with Greef Karge and the Bondsman guild.
    • A meeting was established between Count Dooku and the Protectors, the former offering an alliance that Spar promptly rejects.
    • Another meeting on the planet of Breshig occurs, the Protectors meeting with Kal Skirata who informs and shows them an ancient Mandalorian basilisk war droid that they hope can be replicated and produced once more. During this meeting, Death Watch attacks, leading to an all out battle between the two sides with the Protectors coming out as the victors.

    • In the aftermath, Fenn Shysa finds and adopts a young Din Djarin into the Mandalorians.
17. Old Flame

    • Obi-Wan recruits Matt Murdock to go to the planet of Mandalore to deal with the rising issues revolving around the growing influence and presence of the Mandalorians. Obi-Wan reunites with Duchess Satine, an "old flame" of his from his days as a Padawan.
    • During Obi-Wan and Matt's tour of Mandalore with Satine, Matt detects someone was shadowing them and goes to confront them, meeting Bo-Katan. A moment later, an assassination attempt by the Death Watch occurs, Obi-Wan managing to keep Satine safe.
    • Satine, Obi-Wan and Murdock go to Concordia to meet with Pre Vizsla to speak with him on Death Watch and the assassination attempt against the Duchess. Due to his enhanced senses, Matt picks up on injuries Pre is covering up and begins to suspect the man of hidden motives and Obi-Wan continues his own investigations, discovering that the Death Watch hold a presence on Concordia.
    • After nearly getting killed by the Death Watch, Satine saves Obi-Wan and he with Daredevil get confronted by the Death Watch with their leader, revealing himself to be Pre Vizsla. Obi-Wan and Daredevil beat them back and afterward, accompany Satine on a convoy that would take them back to Coruscant for the Duchess to clarify the stance of her Mandalorian faction to the Republic.
    • Sometime around this period, be it before or after this chapter, Obi-Wan takes on Peter Parker as his unofficial student to begin mastering the Spider-Sense.

18. Conflict of Ideals

    • The Jedi and Avengers serve as a security force in transporting the Duchess Satine to the Republic to deal with the current predicament as to where the Mandalorians stand in the war. During their voyage, they learn of Obi-Wan's past with Satine and learn of their more intimate relationship.
    • Tal Merrick, Satine's advisor, is a double agent for the Death Watch, brought on by them to kill Satine. He hires Durge to serve as a distraction and succeeds in taking her hostage until Anakin kills him and prevents Merrick from killing her and from detonating a bomb he had placed in the transport.

19. Never as Simple

    • While the other Avengers are away, Sam and Peter do some patrolling on Coruscant while Pietro goes on his first date with Chuchi before getting interrupted at the sight of Falcon and Spider-Man going off to fight crime, joining them soon after.
    • Satine pleads her case for her Mandalorians. During the meeting, The True Mandalorians make their presence known to the galaxy, informing them of their allegiance to none but themselves, stating they are the real Mandalorians, not the pretenders of Satine's regiment or the terroristic Death Watch. Due to this plus falsified information, the Senate elects to impose an occupation upon the planet of Mandalore.
    • During her time on Coruscant, further assassination attempts were made, prompting Obi-Wan to turn to the Avengers for assistance. Thanks to the assistance of the Avengers, the Duchess is saved from yet another assassination attempt and her sister Bo-Katan is captured.
    • Despite her arguments, the Senate moves to proceed with the occupation of Mandalore.

20. Band of Brothers Volume 1: Shinnies

    • This follows the story of the training days of the Clone army, specifically, Captain Rex's origin story, taking cues from Saving Private Ryan and Band Of Brothers from his time as a cadet all the way to the very first day of the war during the first Battle of Geonosis.

21. Droid Army Rampant

    • The Avengers are split up, covering sectors of the galaxy. Ant-Man and Wasp are with Jedi Master Eeth Koth when they are attacked by General Grievous. Chezo Neva is with them, battling against Wasp. The attack ends with the capture of Eeth and Scott while Hope remains hidden.
    • They broadcast a message to the Republic to show the captured Avenger and Jedi and the Republic hatches a plan to save them. Falcon, Anakin, Obi-Wan and Adi Gallia go to the Salucemai system where Grievous currently resides.
    • A two-pronged attack is formed, one to attack head-on and the other to infiltrate Grievous' ship. They successfully rescue Eeth and Scott yet in their escape attempt, Eeth sacrifices himself for Scott Lang getting killed by Chezo Neva.
    • Grievous escapes down to Salucemai.
