Heartwarming / Little Fires Everywhere

• Mia is very kind and sympathetic to the Richardson kids, particularly Izzy and Lexie, both of whom have elements that remind Mia of herself.
  • Izzy really likes Mia, so much so that she runs away from home at the very end just so she can find her and be a part of her family.
• Mia's relationship with Pearl is sweet, especially considering that Mia's whole drifter lifestyle is because she ran off with Pearl instead of giving her to the surrogate family she was supposed to be with.
• While her methods are not legal in the slightest, Bebe taking her daughter away from her adopted family to Canton is a sweet(ish) ending for the two.
• Despite their issues, episode seven has a moment where the Richardson kids just all...sit together, all upset for their own reasons, but together.
• Despite everything, Mrs. Richardson does love her family, even Izzy. It's just that her Control Freak tendencies mean she can't show it the way she should.
• Elena taking responsibility for the fire that her kids started, showing she's finally realizing just how much pain/damage her actions have caused to her family.
• Elena finally refers to her youngest child via her nickname. Too bad she's not around to hear it.
