• In the final episode of Nyarko-san W, the big conflict is that Nyarko et al. are being ordered to leave Earth, and will be considered criminals if they stay any longer. But what about Luhy? She's been on Earth all this time and nobody's batted an eyelash, which implies that she's there legally, so there must be some form of immigration. If that's true, why didn't Nyarko and her friends apply for Terran citizenship?
  • She may not be there legally. Nyarko and co. have shown a willingness to be rather selective about enforcing the law, and Luhy does a good enough job of staying low-profile.
